Coworking Space: Land in Porto

I'm pretty confident that Land is the best value-for-money coworking space in Porto. The space is super comfortable with lots of natural light. The environment is relaxed and (at least for me) it's great that most of the coworkers are linked to the creative areas, which encourages a constant good-feeling and professional atmosphere.

land Porto is the perfect place for those who want to work in a relaxed, but professional manner at the same time. The whole team is extremely affable and there is a great team spirit among all. land does not want to be the typical office of a company. land intends to connect people from the most diverse areas. the location of this coworking space could not be more perfect, is close to many points of interest in the city, from art galleries, museums, good places to eat, good cafes to have a drink at the end of the day. In short, land is the place where you must be if you are looking for a place to work in the porto.

Having work in two coworking places before, I was really happy when I found this place and was able to call it not only my office but my home. LAND coworking has all the commodities you need to focus on your work or relax. Take a break without bothering you colleagues, have lunch, play some games. It's really important to not feel like your going to work but to a place where you now you can do your best work. LAND it's that place.

I had weekly pas here in Land. everything was perfect! its spacious and beautiful. wifi is reliable. people are kind and nice!

I spent a couple of weeks here while in Porto and absolutely loved the space and the community here! I even tried a few other coworking spaces around the area at first and Land was by far the best. Mario is fantastic and everyone was very inclusive and friendly, it was so nice to grab drinks with some locals and get recommendations and learn more about the culture. The WiFi was fast and reliable and the location is great - a short walk to all the main spots but slightly removed from the tourist craziness. The space is great, with tons of natural light, large desks, a full kitchen, and a private Skype/call room. I would HIGHLY recommend Land! Definitely one of the best parts of my stay in Porto.

Land is a really cool and chilled space suitable for various types of professionals from different industries. The amenities are great, the wi-fi is good, private room for conference calls and the people here are the highlight! The location is perfect! Really central with everything you need few steps away: restaurants, barber shop, supermarket, bars, photocopy shop (for professional marketing material, although we have a printer here that works really well). Definitely the place to be to get work done!

Land was my home for three weeks and I couldn't have been happier here. It's a few streets away from the tourist hotspots, so you get some relief from the busy-ness, but it's only a 10-minute walk to the centre of Porto. Perfect location in my eyes. The workspace is very open with a ton of natural light and greenery. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I think nearly everyone introduced themselves to me as soon as they saw me which was very welcoming. It was easy to make friends and get great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do. Everyone at Land works hard and are focused on getting their own work done, so there aren't many distractions at all. I would highly recommend Land if you're looking for somewhere to stay productive while also meeting some amazing people who will be life-long friends.

The community here are ACE! They really made us feel welcome during the month we spent in Porto in July 2019. Not only were they fantastic coworkers, they also became our personal tour guides for the month :) We even had some items sent to the workspace which arrived before us, and they were happy to receive them on our behalf. WiFi was perfect - we never had any speed issues or disconnections. Great location with plenty of cafes, supermarkets and parks nearby. Would highly recommend Land to anyone visiting Porto. The environment inside Land is open and soothing, with good organization and lots of plants. The wi-fi is great. The members at Land are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, too... (Cedofeita is my favorite 'hood.) It's fantastic to work with other creative, driven individuals around you!

Estou no Land desde primeiro dia da sua existência e desde então nunca mais sai. Gosto de tudo no Land: das pessoas, do espaço, do ambiente, da partilha de experiências entre os coworkers, da localização. O Land é sem duvida um coworking que recomendo a todos os que querem trabalhar num espaço luminoso com um ambiente descontraído. Aproveito para focar a localização, uma vez que está perto de tudo: estação de metro, paragem de autocarro, restaurantes, supermercados. Resumindo, o Land é sem duvida um local a ter em conta na cidade do Porto.

I was traveling in Portugal for work and needed to do a 10 hour(!) live stream. Land hooked me up with a private meeting room and I did a 1080p HD video and screen sharing session for almost 11 hours without any problems. The space has a nice kitchen area, bathroom, and lots of natural sunlight. I also appreciate that it's close to various restaurants and cafes if you need to step out for a break. If I was a Porto resident, Land would be my official office.

Land is an amazing place to co- work. The internet works really well, there is a dedicated space to make calls that ensure privacy, there are amazing events and workshops happening here. The work atmosphere is great and the space itself is really beautiful, the tables are large, and you also get a dedicated space for your personal items. It works 24h a day, so if you need to stay late or start early in the morning you can! 5 stars!

Gosto de tudo no Land: do espaço, da oferta para os co-workers, dos workshops, mas essencialmente gosto das pessoas. O Mário Gomes lidera o espaço como ninguém, acompanhado pelo Luís Carvalho e pela Carolina Castro. Receberam-nos de braços e coração abertos e nunca desapontam. Não podia estar mais contente. Se estão à procura dum espaço para trabalhar ou de workshops este é o sítio. Sem dúvida, o melhor espaço de co-working do Porto.
