"Awful Customer Service through all departments and withholds retainer"

Regus is by far the worst company we've ever dealt with. We ended our contract over six months ago, and to this day, they have refused to return our retainer. We've completed every step they asked for, paid off the balance (in fact, we were forced to pay twice due to their broken system), and submitted proof of payment—yet still no refund. Their customer service is useless. They give vague, scripted replies, block access to anyone who can actually help, and refuse to escalate the issue. We've been denied any route to their legal team, and there’s been no clear process for reclaiming money that is rightfully ours. This is not just bad service. It is deliberate obstruction and feels like corporate fraud. If you're considering signing with Regus, be warned: they are quick to take your money, but will make you fight endlessly to get anything back. Do not trust Regus. Avoid at all costs.

I couldn’t have asked for a better location for my business! This flexible workspace is perfectly situated in a prime business district, with easy access to major ports—ideal for anyone involved in global trade and commerce. The space itself is modern, bright, and inspiring, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the office with natural light. The internal lounge areas and coffee bar (with outdoor seating!) have been game-changers for networking—I’ve already made valuable connections just by grabbing a coffee. After work, the neighborhood comes alive with amazing restaurants and bars, all just steps away. It’s the perfect blend of productivity and convenience. If you’re looking for a professional yet dynamic workspace that puts you at the center of business and opportunity, this is it. Highly recommend!

"Disappointing Experience – Uncomfortable Workspace & Poor Management"

I had a negative experience at this coworking space, and I think it’s important others know what to expect. While it has a central location in Yerevan and offers flexible 1-week fix-desk reservations (many others require 2+ weeks), the daily working conditions were uncomfortable and not well thought out. ⸻ Constant Cold & Drafts The space keeps windows open for “air purification,” but this creates a cold, drafty environment that can affect your health and concentration. During the tour and reservation, windows were closed and no policy was mentioned. When concerns were raised, the initial explanation was: “No strict schedule. Admin decides based on room temperature and coworker feedback.” Later, it shifted to: “We air every hour, each session for 20 minutes.” However, in practice, the windows are often left open much longer and usually only closed after complaints. The result is a workspace that’s frequently cold and noisy. ⸻ Language Bias The staff and most of the regular clients are Russian-speaking. While this isn’t an issue in itself, I noticed that feedback from Russian speakers tended to be addressed more quickly and seriously. Non-Russian speakers — including Armenians — were sometimes overlooked. This created a sense of imbalance and, at times, an unwelcoming atmosphere. While this may not affect everyone equally, it’s something to be aware of. ⸻ No Complimentary Coffee or Tea Unlike most coworking spaces, no complimentary beverages are provided. Drinks must be purchased on-site, which can quietly add up to around 2,000–3,000 AMD per day if you have a couple of cups. It’s not a dealbreaker on its own, but it’s a hidden daily expense that’s worth factoring into your overall budget. ⸻ Basic, Uncomfortable Furniture The chairs are non-adjustable and not suitable for longer work sessions. Tables are narrow, and if two people are seated at the same one, there’s very little personal space. It’s functional for short visits but not ideal for deep or extended work. ⸻ Lack of Call-Friendly Areas There is only one meeting room, which is frequently occupied. There are no soundproof booths or designated private areas. If your work involves frequent Zoom or Skype calls, this setup could be a challenge. ⸻ Single Shared Restroom There is only one unisex restroom available for the entire coworking space and the adjacent café. This can lead to occasional wait times, especially during peak hours, and the shared setup might not suit everyone’s comfort preferences. It’s a small but impactful detail that can become a daily inconvenience depending on your routine. ⸻ Noisy “Quiet” Zone Because the windows are often open, noise regularly disrupts the supposed quiet zone. People talking or taking calls nearby make it difficult to focus — especially frustrating when the area is marketed as a place for concentration. ⸻ Positives • Central Yerevan location • Flexible 7-day reservations ⸻ Final Thoughts This space may work for some, but in my experience, it falls short on comfort, communication, and overall professionalism. The cold, noisy environment, added costs, and lack of core amenities make it a tough fit for many professionals — especially those expecting a more balanced or well-equipped coworking experience. Of course, this was just my experience — others may feel differently depending on their needs and priorities.

"disappointing "

Very disappointing. Facilities are very modern and location is great but there is a huge problem... I could not speak on the phone. Very bad reception. It was so frustrating trying to keep a conversation on the phone. I got cut off all the time. The sales person responsible for my contract did not inform me about all the additional costs and just disappeared, when I needed help.I would not recommend this coworking space
