I recently visited Raya space, and it’s truly a gem for productivity. The internet speed is incredibly fast, which makes it perfect for remote work, video calls, or any online tasks without interruptions. The peaceful environment really stands out – no unnecessary noise or distractions, allowing you to focus completely. Overall, it’s the best place to get things done. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peace, comfortable, and efficient workspace!

"Terrible experience - avoid!!"

Disastrous experience with Spaces, that I hope can be avoided by others. I signed up for a 6-month lease for a 2-person office at the angel location. Things started on the wrong foot when I was forced to pay invoices and deposits upfront despite the invoices having a "pay-by" date 30 days in the future. I was told this was to improve my onboarding and ensure I could order furniture (which I didn't need). Once there, I realised that the coffee and tea service advertised is actually extra on your monthly invoice, and very expensive. You have to ask to remove it, and then get charged per coffee if you have any from the machine. For the price paid, I would have thought coffee would be included (like wework). The Angel location itself is just ok. The kitchen area needs some attention, as described in other reviews. After only 3 weeks I had a change of circumstances that meant I no longer needed the office. Of course I knew I was liable for the contract, but tried very hard to find a win-win solution. I.e. pay for 3 months upfront but allow Spaces to re-let straightaway which I thought would be a good outcome, but I never managed to get anything agreed. After patiently waiting 6 months for the contract to expire, I see that I am charged a £180 "restoration service" which I immediately contested given I used the office for only 3 weeks and the space had not been "restored" in any way before I took it. After many long weeks, I had no choice but to give in and pay the fee, and was told by the service manager that the fee covered more than painting, including things like notifying the council, disconnecting phone/mail (sure...). The final straw related to the retainer/deposit. Spaces' T&Cs state that the deposit will be returned 30 days after the end of the contract once the request for return is made. However, I received my deposit more than two months later, despite many support emails and enquiries. The feedback I got was that "Due to the approaching year-end, the finance department is unable to process payments on time and has to postpone them." This is simply unacceptable and in blatant breach of their own terms. Never again will I deal with IWG, and I strongly encourage anyone else to steer well clear.

I can't believe there are no reviews for CoBAC. It is an awesome place to work, the building is brand new and just the view is to die for! The staff are really helpful. The wifi is great. There is a dedicated cafe on the roof that makes good food and you can order from the CoBAC website. And there is a real buzz about the place. Plus it is in Istanbul! And Istanbul is NOT your average European OR Asian city, its the best of both worlds.

"Extremely disappointing experience with Regus"

I made a booking at the Bologna Central Station location and realized shortly after that I needed to cancel it. Following Regus’s stated cancellation policy, I sent an email to the provided address within the 2-hour free cancellation window. However, I received no response. The next day, I noticed an attempt to charge my account despite my timely cancellation request. I immediately followed up with multiple emails, contacted the call center, and even used the help section in the Regus app, but I was ignored for weeks. When I finally received a response, I was told that my cancellation could not be processed because their office was closed on Sunday, which was never mentioned in their cancellation policy. Despite assurances that the issue would be resolved, Regus continues to send payment requests and has made no effort to address the matter professionally. Their customer service has been unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Regus’s handling of this situation has been incredibly unprofessional. If you value reliability and good customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for co-working spaces.
