I bought a Regus coworking membership on 9 August 2026 because this centre's Google listing (managed by Regus) said "Open 24 hours", and I need out-of-hours access. When I came, the doors were locked — I could not get in even during the day. I then learned that with the package I had bought, only 2 of the roughly 17 Regus locations in the Austin area were actually accessible to me. I asked in writing (14 August) to terminate and refund the unused membership. Regus charged my card for the next invoice the following day anyway, and the Account Helpdesk refused a refund by quoting the small print on "manned hours" instead of addressing the listing that got me to sign up. Weeks of emails and multiple case numbers followed, with promises that my case was "being coordinated with the relevant team" and no follow-up. Since I still needed a workspace, a sales manager offered an upgrade to a national membership and promised the unused amount back. Instead, Regus charged me in full for the new membership and parked my original payment as "credit notes" on my Regus account — not a refund to my card and not applied to the new charge, even though I explicitly asked for one or the other. As of early September the money has still not been returned, and the online portal has no cancel button, so ending the membership meant yet another support ticket. I have had to open a dispute with my card issuer and file a BBB complaint to get back money for a membership with zero check-ins. If you are considering Regus here, verify the opening hours and which locations your plan actually covers in writing before paying, and expect a slow, scripted process if anything goes wrong.

The location of the building is awful, there is no connectivity, its in a remote area, so no food joints or anything around the building. No employees would like to work from this area and its not suitable for female employees especially for night shifts. Very very bad experience overall.

I was surprised to find a place where I could work comfortably, with fast internet and not far from the sea. Free coffee, comfortable desks, and a place to park nearby—I’m incredibly impressed that a place like this exists in this part of the country. I’m very satisfied and highly recommend it if you need a comfortable place to work and fast internet is important to you—and then you can even pop over to the beach for a swim after work.
