This is an education hub as there are a large number of international private colleges and universities such as Taylor's University College, ALFA International College and many more. In fact there are over 30 primary and secondary schools in the city pushing out tech savvy and hungry youth. Subang Jaya is a part of the growing startup scene happening throughout Malaysia. The Malaysian government has offered incentives and support for foreign tech companies to base their operations within the country, such as up to 10 years tax exemption and the ability to employ foreign workers. Today startups are in a better position to succeed more so than ever before and there is boundless positive sentiment within the industry, despite the remaining challenges to be faced.
