About Tlalnepantla de Baz

Commonly known as "Tlalnepantia", this city sits north of Mexico City in the Valley of Mexico. People have been walking around here since the 11th Century, so you will have plenty to gawk at when you need a break from your coworking venue. From the Tenayuca and the Santa Cecilia Acatitian pyramids to churches and monasteries, Tlalnepantia's history has a wealth of structures to gawk at and museums to poke your nose into. With a population of around the 653,410 mark, this is no little city to mender around. It is one of the most industrialized areas in the country with more than 2,700 industries from food processing and bottling to tobacco products and chemicals. There are more than 15,000 retail businesses, so you won't have any dramas finding somewhere to shop.

Sitting in one of Latin America's up and coming tech enclaves, Mexico receives almost a quarter of all of the venture capital funds injected into the country to grow its tech ecosystem. It is an entry point and mammoth market for global tech companies such as Google, Facebook and Uber. The first country in Latin America to pass a law to regulate fintech, thereby preventing money laundering and corruption, Mexico is the 5th biggest Facebook user in the world. In Mexico City alone the population is over 22 million people with over one third of its population under the age of 25. Its universities see more engineer graduates than that of the United States and the government is working hard to create tech jobs on a local scale to stop any brain drain.

Coworking in Tlainepantla is to become a part of a vibrant and spreading tech startup scene that shows no signs of slowing down.
