About Pembroke Pines

Officially incorporated in 1960 as a city, Pembroke Pines began as an agricultural community of dairy farmers that rapidly expanded after World War II when servicemen retired to the area. Sitting in the southern Broward County of Florida with a population of about 168,587, it's a principal city of the Miami metropolitan area. Pembroke Pines' history goes a long way back to its first inhabitants being American Indians about 4,000 years ago. The town is an educational hub with numerous education institutions within its midst, such as the campuses of Barry University, Florida International University and quite a few more. A town offering everything that one needs to carry on daily life plus a few surprises, Pembroke Pines can now boast having its own coworking venues for its tech savvy locals, exuberant students and graduates to gather in.

Several cities in Florida are vying for the de facto role of being the state's tech capital with many entrepreneurs moving to urban centers. Some startups are focused on hospitality, hospitals and tourism with many creative minds incubating businesses focused on virtual doctor visits, digitized hospital records and nanoparticle drug delivery, whilst other cities are into commercial space travel.

Coworking spaces are popular for app developers, tech lawyers, day traders and anyone that needs to get some work done without any hassles and loads of convenience.
