Yes we have meeting rooms! Message us for details.

CityCoHo is at the crossroads of the sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship communities in Philadelphia. We provide the infrastructure for established and emerging organizations and coalitions seeking to change the world for the better. We are partnered with the Sustainability Nexus (a non-profit) and focused on providing extraordinary shared space to extraordinary communities.

With reclaimed barn wood tables, high-end ergonomic task chairs, and elements of radical reuse obvious throughout our space, the CityCoHo is a wonderfully sustainable and productive place to work, meet, and converse.

Our primo location just steps from 30th Street Station, and just blocks from both University City and Rittenhouse -- not to mention the Schuykill River Trail right outside our windows -- makes this an amazing place to coordinate events and meetings with anyone in Philly or out-of-town.

Enjoy perks such as fair trade coffee + tea, 1000 Mbps wifi, free bi-weekly meditation sessions, and a compassionate community that is incredibly welcoming to newcomers. Our large square footage is not apparent, as our space is really 3 smaller coworking spaces all wrapped up in one. Although we are spacious, you'll feel at home no matter where you sit.

ALSO: We have several private office spaces available, ranging from 2 person to 12 person spaces. Call for more information on what is up for lease now!

"Seize the Moment"

    September 2016

I have participated in coworking environments since October 2014. Of all of them, CityCoho presents the true meaning of coworking. It is community building. The day passes offer a lot of flexibility if you are on the road a lot or if your company offers flexible work environments. I gave 4 stars as the overall rating because there is always opportunities to improve. And, this is something that CityCoho recognizes. In the last 18 months, I have seen such a transformation of the space. The management and space continue to evolve to accommodate the needs of the members. It's a great feeling! CityCoho is my go-to-place to learn and be productive when I am at home in Philly.

    "Fantastic Co-working Space!"

      September 2016

Great place to set up shop. Lots of opportunities to network. Up to date facilities and central location. Bus stops on either side of the building as well as access to University City and Trader Joe's!

"Fantastic location and great space and coworking community"

        September 2016

I have been an active coworker at CityCoho for 7 months. I have the $300 monthly membership. The location of the space is great right next to the skuylkill river trail. Great for a walk or exercise. The space is well designed, quiet - they don't play music all the time like coffee shops or some other co working spaces. Great community events like lunch & learn, medications in the afternoon and happy hours. Jen (community manager) is just wonderful! There is a printer, scanner and great conference rooms for members. We brew local green mountain coffee and have a wide selection of organic teas. The fridge is always well stocked with milk, soy milk, almond milk etc. city coho supports and promotes sustainable businesses and organizations focused on environmental issues. The TV upstairs is huge and great for presentations or watching sport :) I would highly recommend city coho.

        6 Thank Amit

"Great space for getting work done and becoming part of a community "

          September 2016

I am an avid lover and supporter of CityCoho. I joined just over a year ago after working from a small office suite for about a year and a half. As an entrepreneur and solo founder the one thing I missed about working in the corporate world was having coworkers. I was able to find people who were also open to making connections and getting to know one another. The space is also lovely and very well located. There's also a popcorn maker, endless amounts of tea and a Trader Joes up the street. How can you beat that combo really.

"Totally Unbiased Review From The Community Manager :)"

            September 2016

My favorite room is the Light Box! Great natural light overlooking a beautiful old artists community across 24th St. I also love that in the warmer months, there is free yoga at the Schuykill River Park just south of the CityCoHo on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. There are a ton of different options to for coworking: standing desks along 1st floor windows, couch seating, bar seating, and of course tons of coworking tables throughout. I love the EcoFoam bean bags, the bath tub couch, and the community-sourced art. Some spaces are pretty bare in terms of decor-- like the phone booths-- but I know it's because the entire 2nd floor was recently renovated and we've got a ton of square footage to outfit! I anticipate this place just getting better and better. ;)

            2 Thank Jennifer
