Coworking Space: Spaces - Brighton, Trafalgar Place in Brighton

I am wondering what happened with my deposit still I am waiting for my deposit to be returned to my bank account, the agreement says that I would have my deposit back into my bank account in 30 working days. I requested this on the 22nd of March, and now almost 2 months and no one says anything even when I have called to "help desk" to have a ticket for my inquiry always they said we are going to return to you with an answer as soon as possible... I don´t know what "as soon as possible means for them". It has been a really bad service starting with the sales manager Danni Ocean. Please be careful with this bad service. The agreement says if you are delayed in your hiring payments you will have a penalty charge but what about if they are delayed in returning a deposit bank for 2 months?

Spaces has a really great open plan business club for membership users which is comfortable and great for working. I especially love the company's network so I am able to use any Spaces, Regus or HQ with a business lounge which makes working from anywhere even more possible! I always find the centre teams are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable- going above and beyond where they can!!
