Creative States (www.creativestates.net) is a raising chain of a top of mind flexible workspaces with a full range of operational services and hottest community events on top. They break stereotypes in commercial leases and offer high-class personal office suites equipped with everything any startup or tech-company need for efficient work. CS's locations are not just in best and hottest city spots, but full of energy and a unique atmosphere.

A beautiful facility in the center of Kiev, with modern and at the same time innovative design. As more of us work remotely, co-working spaces like Creative States are a great resource. WiFi speed on the high level, also never had connectivity issues there. I’d really recommend this place to everyone.

Classy interior. Comfy and spacious. Awesome people. Delicious coffee. Superfast internet. The only thing that might be kind of an issue is parking. Keep that in mind if you're moving around with a car and plan beforehand or ask the team to assist you.

My experience includes working in a different spaces before I have entered Creative States. I would like to categorize the pros and cons of it. Location: personally I love the area between Arsenalna and Pecherska metro stations. It is the center of Kiev, no noise unlike in other central locations, a lot of greens and an atmosphere of historical place of Kiev is definitely felt. Traffic is rather moderate so you will more likely be on time if any meeting scheduled in that area. The business center: as for me Senator is the one of the best BC, it has 8 elevators (so you don't have to wait for several minutes to get up or down), several really good cafes and very nice restaurant, the business center is recently built. Co-working: just the best. A lot of spaces in Kiev charges almost the same membership fee. When you get to CS you start to having just one question - for what they do. Creative States' services, infrastructure, convenience and comfort serves you for each single dollar you have paid and twice. Usually, people around might cause some inconveniences in public spaces, but not here. The space is really huge, so you feel yourself as comfortable as staying at home. Atmosphere is inspiring and there are no alike place in Ukraine. I would like to highlight that CS has community managers that will be assigned to you, who will fix any issues shortly. Internet connection exceeded all expectations. Residents are very pleasant and succesful people, what inspires you to make new connections and build new relations. If you are coming from abroad, or you just would like to discover Ukraine for yourself/your business, you will feel here very comfortable as you will find a lot of English-speaking audience. Besides that CS will surprise you with a lots of other amenities and will give nice perks you get used to pay for in other co-workings. To summarize, I would strongly recommend to take a thorough look at Creative States for those who are choosing a potential workplace and to switch immediately for those who are already working somewhere. I give the highest point ever to this place.
