Supported by the Thai Ministry of Science and Technology and operated by Technology Business Incubation Department of the Science and Technology Park, Chiang Mai University, the Brick Space is a cowering space for budding entrepreneurs and a place to incubate creative ideas.

Sitting in the Nimmanhaemin Road area of Chiang Mai only a short distance from a plethora of funky cafes, restaurants and the enclave of coworking places that have sprouted up, it is not a coworking space in the true sense of the word. The Brick Space is unique in that it has a Pre-Incubation Program supporting local startups where ideas can be exchanged with experts and the newbie entrepreneurs can get help and support with the development of their business plans.

It is a business incubator and startup space where innovative new enterprises can be strengthened using science and technology to ensure quality and competitiveness as well as the creation and development of products using research.

"Perfect location!"

    August 2017

This space is on the back of Sirimangklajarn Soi 13. Just 3 min walk to Nimman and bunch of restaurants + cafes. The outside is nice with green trees where you can relax when you want small break from work. Stuffs are pretty nice and helpful however the majority of people here are Thai because the space specially supports small local businesses. Many events are going on here too. I would say if you want to get some connection with interesting young locals, this can be the perfect place!

I was really excited to see a new coworking space in the Nimman area but was informed the space is only for Thai people.

"One of the BEST coworking spaces in Chiang Mai"

          December 2016

This coworking space is in the back alley of Siri road, so it's right there within walking distance from Nimman, but it's very peaceful and quiet. The space has plenty of desks with SUPER ergonomic chairs, a chillout area with soft sitting pads (kinda like Camp but much better). Love it here.

          2 Thank Nam Phuong
