Coworking Space: Colab Cowork & Cafe in Chiang Mai

I get used to rent coworking spaces in Chiang mai since few years now. I tried Colab cowork and coffee for one month = if I could stay one year..and even more in Thailand, I would make from this coworking my place, like home..I enjoy the place for work and for friendly vibes ..I will go back here for sure , as soon as I can. Had a wonderful experience visiting Colab Cowork and Cafe. First I want to say the owners and staff, especially Khun Bee, will guarantee to make first time visitors of this establishment feel like family in this coworking space, their kind hearted hospitality and friendliness is of the highest quality. The desks and work areas are incredibly modern and spacious and if you're a coffee and matcha fiend like myself, you'll love their cafe I had zero issues with their WIFI, fast speeds. Location is close to Maya Mall. I'm just a simple man, all I need is fast wifi, good coffee, efficient work space, and friendly people to be around. This checks all my boxes and more.

This place just recently opened. It's close to everything without being hard to get to. Many of the other coworking spaces in the Nimman area are difficult to get to in a car because of the crazy traffic and non-existent parking, and even if using a motorbike. Colab is located a 15 second drive/5 minute walk from Maya Shopping Mall with parking available every day on both sides of the street directly in front of the space. After coming here for the last couple weeks I have never had an issue. The cafe hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and the staff is attentive and speak great English. They make it a point to remember your name and your favorite drink. The manager Bee is a ray of sunshine and is always around to help. Member access is 24 hours with access using your fingerprint. The building is four floors with each floor being dedicated to different functions. The first is the cafe area with large sturdy work tables and chairs. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the layout, ensuring that every customer has enough space to stretch out. There is also tons of outdoor seating in front and on the side of the building for members to eat meals or just get a bit of fresh air. If you're a smoker there is a separate area set up specifically for that purpose. There is a small meeting room and two offices on either side of the hallways as you walk down the hallway. Each office has its own 55" TV, standing desk, and comfortable bean bag that have been great for short naps. As you approach the rear staircase that takes you to the upper floors you with pass through a kitchenette and snack bar area (tons of convenient options). There is also a cold/hot filtered water machine here for members to enjoy. Floor two has two more private offices and a nice area to with comfortables couches and chairs for taking time away from your work. There is also a bathroom and a wall of NFC accessible lockers and a bathroom with a hot shower. Floor three is a large open cold and hot desk (20 desks) area with plenty of natural light, along with two additional bathrooms and more lockers. Floor four contains another large open area designed for meetings, workshops, or space for additional cold or hot desk members. There is a second kitchenette, two more bathrooms, and a separate space to have breakout sessions with a large white board. The other members are friendly. The WiFi speeds are extremely fast and seem to be very stable. We will see how this goes as the space begins attracting more members in the future. I counted about 15 air purifiers throughout the space and balconies on floors three and four. What stands out about this space is how much natural light pours in and how new everything is. Seriously, I have never been in a space in Chiang Mai where all the desks, chairs, tables, and offices look this new. So far so good. Highly recommend you check it out if you're in the area.
