Coworking Space: Hub53 Coworking and Coliving Space in Chiang Mai

My company rented the large office for 9 months last year and things were (mostly) fine. This week, I returned to the place to rent an office again, with a view to another longer-term rental. Unfortunately, the receptionist seemed to think that I had stolen one of their HDMI cables (despite the fact that the monitor I rented off them was using a serial cable), and she kept repeatedly asking for me to return it. Over the past year or so, my company has spent thousands of dollars at Hub 53 and we never complained when our office was infested by ants. Likewise, we never complained when their internet router got compromised and we never complained when our office wasn’t cleaned. Therefore, to be accused of stealing something like this is a real kick in the teeth. I’ve cancelled the rest of our tenure, effective immediately and all thoughts we had of a long-term lease are now dead in the water. Very disappointed.

Nice location, has hostel / hotel next to it for convenience. Spacious, clean, great internet, good coffee and friendly staff. Air con is variable, with power sockets and sturdy tables. Various areas to sit in, which appeared to be mainly flexible. Couldn't ask for more. I only went on a free day pass before leaving this time around, but I'll definitely head back there the next time I'm in CM.

I worked from hub53 for a week and enjoyed it very much, the vibe is fantastic and there are usually 2 - 6 people in the shared office. The internet was a bit slow from time to time, especially if you work during the night or super early in the morning. They have great community dinners, where the co-working and co-living get a chance to meet and mingle with each other. They also have workshops that I am sorry that I am going to miss! And yes I actually got work done. If you don't want their coffee there is a 7-eleven and a little coffee shop 20m away, the location is great, easy to get to.

Hub 53 Comerking and Coliving Space is a comfortable atmosphere. It's good to find because it's on the side of the road. The staff welcomed us kindly and explained well. The work space was not big, but the desk was wide and the chair was very comfortable. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is inside and there is a separate Skype room. There are many restaurants near the Hub 53 Coworking and Coliving Space. The smoking room is on the outside terrace and with the chairs. On the second floor, there is naproom so you can relax and work. There is a lot of space because there is Coliving too. the speed of Wi-Fi was too slow to satisfy. It's a pretty good working space if you take the speed off Wi-Fi.

Hub53 Coworking and Coliving Space was located very close to the Maya shopping center in Nimman Haimin area. Hub53 Coworking and Coliving Space's manager welcomed us and explained us kindly. It is characterized by a two-level sitting style workspace and a nap room. There are empty bags and massage chairs in the nap room. I think the rest space is necessary space. And small-scale community such as book-sharing. During lunch time, there were many local restaurants nearby and food courts and restaurants of Maya shopping mall were available nearby. One complaint was that the internet was very slow when we visited.

Hub53 Coworking and Coliving Space fills a gap in the Chiang Mai cowork space offerings with a productive cowork space with flex plans from daily to monthly 24/7 and fair pricing. First it's unique with its coliving and coworking. The location is on the edge of nimman so just out of walking distance meaning it's not as crowded. It offers Punspace quality workspace area in quiet room. Internet speeds were not as fast as promised clocking at 9.1/5.3 mbps. Free coffee requires some work and is soso. Nice perk with nap room,shiatsu massage chair, lockers, and monitors for rent. Members in the kitchen area were friendly.

Great WIFI and large tables to work in main area. Near coffee shops and restaurants in same street, don't need to walk far to grab a bite and bring it back. Quiet space could get lots done. The upstairs has a very cute seating area with pillows and low top tables that you can work from, as well as private rooms that you can rent out for meetings. AC very good, kitchen accessible, with DIY espresso machine, free water and snacks. Room available for naps after a long day working. Massage chair is also available. I enjoyed my visit Hub53.
