"Great venue for knocking out work! "

September 2016

Delightful venue with tons of natural light to make for a great working session. As many coworking spaces - everyone plugs in and focuses on work (emphasized by the encouraged quiet atmosphere) so the "social" aspect might not be as strong. But with comfy chairs, tons of universal outlets, AC and good wi-fi, it's a great venue for plugging back into the digital world. Small kitchenette area outside with a microwave if you want to pack a lunch as well.

5 Thank Alexandra

"Great place to work! "

August 2016

I spent a day travelling around Chaing Mai looking at the more popular CoWork spaces, probably spent the best part of each visit getting a feel for the facilities and the general vibe on each place. I have to say that out of all the Punspace locations gave a lot for little investment. Visiting these places are truly inspiring and I only wish I could of stayed longer. If you get a change to visit here then do so you wont be disappointed. The other location at Tha Phae Gate was much larger where as the Nimman residence was much more intimate which I think makes it easier to meet people.

"A hub for digital nomads"

July 2016

I've worked off and on from Punspace for the past 3... sometimes in a private office upstairs (they have whiteboards, which is awesome) and sometimes from the main shared desks on the ground floor. If you're new to CM, you'll meet a lot of the digital nomad crowd here: dropshippers, freelance designers, affiliate marketers, Amazon FBA peeps, ecommerce store owners, etc. It's usually very very quiet (even when at full capacity, people are generally working silently!), which is has its pros and cons. There's an informal seating area outside which is nice to sit at on a break to catch some afternoon sunshine, and it's a great location in the Nimman area so easy walking distance to a ton of cafes, bars and restaurants.

"Great Coworking space to meet the local Nomad Community"

June 2016

Spacious coworking space with big glass windows for those who like natural lighting. Desks are good with ergonomic chairs. Wifi speed was decent, on par with what you get in Thailand. They operate on a honour system for printing, scanning, drinks etc. I think water & tea was free from memory but I could be wrong here. They have a new weekly package here, so probably the better option than the daily as you only get one Wifi login for one device on a daily as opposed to three for the weekly package and above. Also if you buy ticket for one location (Nimman), you get access to their other branch (Tha Phae Gate) which is awesome. I didn't get a chance to try out their Tha Phae Gate branch. My only gripe with this place is that if you scan a document, it goes to a share google drive which doesn't seem to get cleared out on a regular basis. I saw sensitive documents there including passports etc, which anyone could have accessed. Please implement a regular clean up script if you're reading this, Punspace!

1 Thank Francis

"Best location"

April 2016

We rent the private office for one month. The place is on a perfect location where you can easily walk to restaurants and coffee shops. There is also an outside space (with big beautiful tree!) to sit and be a little bit more chill. However we found that sometimes there is some issue wifi. But the BEST thing of all is that you will meet interesting entrepreneur and like-minded people. Chiang Mai will never be a lonely place again!

"Great connexion and comfortable chairs "

April 2016

I subscribed for 3 month in Punspace and this place a real coworking place. The connexion is solid, the chairs are comfortable (which is very important) and the community you meet there is awesome. There is no other coworking space as friendly as punspace in nimman! You can meet a lot of intereating and like minded people. The only down side is the "design " the place could be a little more beautiful and appealing but except that it s great.

"The First and Best Coworking Space in Chiang Mai - Where it all started!"

April 2016

I started coming to PunSpace - Nimman two years ago when they first opened and was the first coworking space in Chiang Mai. Through there I've met a ton of great friends, business contacts and guests for my podcast, Travel Like a Boss. I continue to go there and pay for their monthly membership out of pocket even though I've been offered free memberships at other spaces and the fact that there is now free places like cafes and CAMP at Maya. My pro tips for getting the most out of PunSpace Nimman. 1. Get a monthly or at least weekly membership. Unless you are lucky or have great timing, you can't expect to meet tons of great people just by popping by on a day pass. 2. Ask people if they are hungry. Usually around 10am and then again for lunch around 12:30, people need a break from work and it's a great way to meet others by walking somewhere together and grabbing a quick bite. 3. The Nimman location is much more social (currently) than the Thae-pae gate location partially due to the layout, but also the type of nomads it attracts. Nimman has more entrepreneurs while Thae-pae currently has more programmers but that could change.

3 Thank Johnny

"Great People. Good Space."

April 2016

I worked at Punspace shortly after it's opening several years ago (I think it was 2013 or 2014). I learned of it because the co-owner Euam was a recent acquaintance of mine. Along with her husband she gave the space a very welcoming vibe, and helped me settle in. Located on a relatively quiet street in the center of Chiang Mai, the space itself is small, which for me was a draw. I knew many of the people there, and it never felt like one of those huge open floor work spaces that you get lost in. One side of the space is all windows, letting plenty of natural sunlight in. The aesthetic is clean, modern, with a touches of wood which give it a touch of warmth. I never rented an office, just open desk space. Which means I just took whatever was available. So for me it felt like a modern coffee shop, though more quiet, with regular faces and solid wi-fi. I haven't been to the space in about 2 years, so I can't speak for what changes or updates they've made in that time. But if I'm in Chiang Mai again I'll definitely use the space!

"Great place in Chiang Mai to escape and get work done"

April 2016

This is a great place off of Nimmanhaemin road in Chiang Mai to get work done. The people there are great and there are small private offices in case you want to completely isolate yourself from the others. It was pretty rare, but it would get a little loud. I met a handful of people doing very interesting work that I could learn from and then teach where my strengths were. Punspace is very clean and the owners are very friendly and helpful. It's definitely worth checking out! They don't have ping pong tables and all the "Silicon Valley" amenities but I would definitely recommend Punspace as my favorite place in Chiang Mai to work at.

"Convenient location, great amenities and fright airy work space."

October 2015

I worked here for around 18 months with 3 staff. It is a bright space with large windows and a very nice green space with trees outside. nThe owners are local techies who are very nice and pop in from time to time. The place has great amenities such as a blender, fridge, coffee maker and free water. It also has a shower which is great if you want to pop to the gym during working.nnWhat I liked the most is that they rent out large screen monitors so you can work with a larger screen.nnIt can get busy at times so if you are at a table that is full it can feel cramped.nnMy top tip is to get there early around 8am and get a good few hours work done while it is quiet.nnIt is a good place to get to know people and the convenient location means you can quickly go get lunch. dinner, hit a nearby gym or grab a beer with fellow coworkers at the end of the day.

"Convenient location, good to get to know people"

October 2015

I worked here with 3 staff for about 18 months. Nice and bright with large windows. Friendly owners who pop in now and again. It's a great location near nimman so it's easy to go grab lunch and diner or go for a drink with fellow coworkers afterwards. Free water is great. One thing I really liked is that they rent out large monitors. They have nice amenities like blender, fridge and a shower. nice green space outside.
