Founded in 2016, iiOffice (translated into Japanese means "good office") is predominantly a web development company that creates websites with coworking space up for grabs. The benefits of coworking here is the expertise on hand that you can call on when you are lost. You can totally focus on your business whilst having a bit of fun at the same time amidst the eclectic and friendly souls that gather at iiOffice. Throw in the fact that it is not just a shared working space but a restaurant and guesthouse as well and the perks are mounting up in favor of setting up shop here.

Easy to access iiOffice sits in the heart of Cebu city near Shamrock - you can even be adventurous and grab a jeepney, if you don't have your own 4 wheels to get you there. The doors are open from 9am to 7pm Monday to Saturday with Sundays being the day off for everyone to rejuvenate their minds and their souls. A community of creators, freelancers, independent professionals and globetrotting remote workers gather at iiOffice.

There is awesome Wi-Fi to plug into, comfy seats and all the office hoo-ha that you could possibly want to play with. For those that like to munch whilst working there is a kitchen where you can whip up a snack. For the caffeine addicts there is plenty of free flowing coffee to keep a smile on your face and when you need to have that private meeting, there are conference rooms available. You will find a phone booth to run to for private conversations and printing facilities for when you want to see words on paper.

iiOffice hold various events about technology, business and culture so you can show off your networking skills when you mingle amidst this amazing community of dynamic people.

"iioffice" means "good office" in Japanese.
It's a co-working space for creators, freelancers, independent professionals and remote workers.
We have awesome space (230 square meters), strong wifi, conference rooms, comfortable seats, and a kitchen.
In addition, we sometimes have various events about technology, business and culture.

I visited iioffice last week. Here are my comments: - The entrance: go through a basement parking, approach the guard who will ask you to sign a log book, up a few steps of stairs, then you see a door with iioffice sign on it. You can't see what on the other side of the door so just need to be brave and push it open. LOL - Receptionist: very helpful and friendly, thumbs up - Chair: first chair I got is a little bent, so chose another plastic one. In summary, chairs are old (ish) and non-ergonomic. - Lighting: adequate lighting. Best feature is the big window/glass wall to give you the view outside and provides natural lighting to the area - working space: varied styles, there is a big table, couches, private table is a small inclusion, etc. - Air Conditioning: Too warm for my liking. Actually, it is quite hot. If you are working near the glass window, you will not feel any air conditioning at all - Kitchen: Full kitchen with microwave, utensils, coffee, water (best thing I like about this place) - Can get too crowded. The time I was there, there is this big group. From time to time, they would huddle or crowd and get too close (literally standing at the back of my chair). Not my favorite. - Wifi: Good and stable - Cost: 300 PHP day use from 9AM-7PM. No option for hourly rate - I saw that they have a printer and scanner - You can bring your own food and leave it in the fridge for later - Restroom: 2 restrooms, mixed for all genders
