The Avant Business Lounge is located in the 4th floor of the Avenir Building. The Avenir Building features: 24 Hour Security; 5 high speed elevators; Full back up power; Meeting Rooms; Fiber Optic Backbone; Floor to ceiling Windows;
High Ceiling Lobby; Roof Deck. Located beside TESDA and across BIR it is approximately a 5 min. walk from Cebu IT Park, 3 Min. walk from Waterfront Hotel and Casino, 5 Min. walk from Cebu Business Park.

Our business lounge is a 200 sqm space which offers a professional work environment with Business Grade Internet to cater to the needs of the clients. Meeting rooms inclusive of white board and projector are available if ever the need arises. There is a pantry area inclusive of free flowing coffee and tea, a refrigerator, microwave and sink. Avant offers a number of services such as open co-working spaces, dedicated co-working spaces, virtual offices, residential , and commercial spaces.

AvantOffices, Inc. sets itself as the premier business club in the Avenir Building which was founded by the CEOs of King Properties. Avant aims to provide clients with spaces to cater to their needs, build customer relationships, provide lead generation with Unit Owners, and broker relations.

I enjoyed the free day pass provided. The visit went very well. I visited the place on my way home to Leyte. The place is modern looking and clean. Add to that are the friendly staffs who were always eager to interact with guests. Brewed coffee is available which is very important for me. :) Personally, the only thing missing is 24/7 access though. I still give them 5 stars review since they included that information in their profile. But for sure, when I visit Cebu City, this would be my co-working space. :) And of course, I would recommend it to anyone.

Simple and clean interior design. Various spaces to work in, strong and stable wifi, nice touch with the mini kitchen which gives off a slightly "at home" vibe while not making you feel too relaxed, large conferrence desk for meetings with numerous clients/business partners, simple view, easy to locate online. Great location. There are small yet effective changes that could be made like encasing the conferrence desk with glass walls so that other tennants wont be disturbed if there is a large meeting. Overall, cool work environment with attentative staff and I would definately recommend this to friends and family if they are looking for a space to work.

I've visited and stayed at a lot of co-working spaces in Cebu, and Avant is by far my favorite. I love the premium office feel Avant gives, and the design of the space is just beautiful. They have different varieties of chairs (some are ergonomic), and for those who prefer a couch, they have that too. Space comes with cold&hot water, coffee, tea, microwave, plates, utensils, and a refrigerator -- all part of your monthly dues. Speaking of monthly dues, I would think a space like this would be costly... but to my surprise, it's friendly to the wallet. Starting at 4480 a month, that's less than most spaces in Cebu. (They don't do those long-term contracts that some co-working spaces do, thank god. Nathan runs the place and he's super great, very professional too. He's accompanied by Jessie, who keeps everything in order and prime shape. The only comment I can make is they close at 7:30 pm. It can be a good and bad thing. If you need to work late at night, this might not be the place. They plan to do a 24 hour setup soon, but not sure when. Overall, if you need a place to get productive (and awesome) work done, then Avant is a great choice.

Avant Offices is a wonderful place to work! The space is creatively decorated, and spacious. The colors in the decor are peppy and uplifting, not drab like most offices. Also, the people that work here are very friendly, but mindful that we are here to work and have created the perfect environment for just that. I have a hard time getting work done at home and cafes are so noisy and busy. I am so glad a friend referred me here. I sure am going to recommend Avant Offices to my friends and family who is also looking for an office space.
