Coworking Space: antwork beirut in Beirut

August 2024: Very unprofessional and unethical management. Please avoid entering into monthly contracts as they rip you off, and misrepresent facts to induce you to pay a large rental sum upfront. I enquired about a cloud office for 7-days as a remote working British lawyer. My intention was to renew in 7-day increments owing to the security situation in Lebanon. The sales manager told me that that if I enter into a monthly contract, I would get a refund in the event I had to leave Lebanon owing to the security situation, and on that basis I signed up to a monthly contract. I didn’t insist on a change to the terms and conditions as the sales manager confirmed it was not their practice to change their standard terms and conditions, and as a professional organisation they would not look to rip off customers. 9 days into the contract, the British embassy advised all British nationals to leave to the UK, and I when I contacted the front desk to collect the refund, they refused to provide the refund, and said the sales manager had resigned and the terms and conditions didn’t allow for a refund. I then complained to senior management, and included the voice notes between me and the sales manager where he confirms I would receive a full refund, but they have refused to honour their sales managers’ promise and have kept the $300 money owing to me, relying on their standard terms and conditions. Absolutely appalling ethics and values. I’ve never during my 15 years of legal experience (and I have dealt with many organisations) come across such an unprofessional and unethical management culture.

There's enough room and types of room to chose from, so there's not doubt you will find a place that suits you. Even outdoor space or space with a view that opens to a tree is there, and that is rare to find in the heart of Beirut. So the spaciousness if a big plus. It feels like a campus. At the same time, everyone around you is trying to get work done and they are usually people who are passionate about their projects. Overall support it is both flexible and efficient, not only in terms of space types but also in terms of technical support, internet quality, scope of activities available, etc.

If you are looking for a private space to work and have great Wi - Fi, this is the place for you. Great place to connect. Definitely the ideal co-working space in Lebanon! Great meeting rooms provided for meetings , lovely garden you can benefit of to relax a bit while working .I Highly recommend this place after every thing you need is provided I highly recommend this place for all people at all ages even for university students to study there . Most of all, what really makes antwork my favorite spot in Beirut are the sunset yoga class on the rooftop that overlook the city.

This is the location every technology entrepreneur would like to work on as it has the proper infrastructure for innovation, collaboration and learning. Through the open infrastructure, people and companies can innovate and build on top of the Antwork framework. Also, through the different sessions, leaders, seminars and talks, teams are trained to learn from market experts and domain specialists in the different technology fields. Moreover, the community is all welcoming and open to discussion, collaboration and interaction which gives a lot of value for junior, intermediate and senior employees coming from different disciplines and backgrounds. Enticing futuristic space for everyone.

This isn't just a plug and play office, this place quickly becomes a home. The bright minds and founders that make up this community are no doubt my favorite part about antwork. Trying to manage work/life balance? It's pre-done for you here, from random garden parties to weekly yoga sessions, and entrepreneurial networking events. I started here on a few days per month package and my company has since grown to include more team members and we have our own office in this beautiful campus in the heart of Beirut. Protip: Talk to other founders in the garden and gain from their business acumen.

A hidden gem in the middle of the city! A midst the hustle and bustle of Beirut, you can find antwork, a beautiful campus with a huge garden filled with old olive & lemon trees. I came across Antwork through a story telling workshop, the event took place in a space that over looked the rest of the campus. We were greeted nicely and once the event was over I was approached by a community guide who proposed to take me on a tour around the campus. I was pleasantly surprised by the diversity of spaces and flexibility in their plans. Definitely recommended for entrepreneurs, start ups and small to medium sized companies looking to be part of an energetic community.

Beirut has it all; the pubs, clubs, restaurants, coffee shops and exhibition spaces. Artists, designers and young entrepreneurs thought they had it all until Antwork happened. Antwork, with its beautiful campus, charming garden, user friendly experience and great atmosphere, gave us entrepreneurs the perfect space to work in. I have attended a bunch of events and had a couple of meetings on campus, all of which helped me connect with potential collaborators and interesting people that have helped me develop personally and on a business level. Antwork has become our little heaven full of everything we could possibly want and need.

Being a victim of noisy coffee shops that claim to be work friendly with their lousy internet and their overly priced coffee, I am so happy to have found a place that is designer for our needs. Besides their free freshly brewed coffee, the best part is their food hub with its salad bar, sandwiches and daily meals at extremely affordable prices. As a young freelancer on a tight budget, this makes all the difference. If you are sick of coffee shops, or had enough of working in your Pjs at home every day, this is the place for you!

Great place to connect. I came to antwork for the Beirut Design Week open house and I was happy to see so may people from the community participating and mingling. The vibe was very informal and inviting, and I ended up connecting with many people from the creative industry. The fact that I found a hub in Lebanon that brings all those creatives together is so refreshing especially that we have no governmental support and no proper established infrastructure designed for the industry. If I ever chose to quit my job and become a freelancer I would definitely subscribe to antwork, their campus is a breath of fresh air, the plans are reasonably priced and the community is a great opportunity to connect and find clients.

I have driven by antwork many times and was always curious to find out what it is, when I finally came to see it, I was so pleasantly surprised by this discovery. The interior design of the place automatically makes you want to spend your whole day here. The buzz of people's conversations triggers something that makes you want to run to your laptop and do something productive. It also pushes you to network with the people around you even if that is not necessarily in your nature to do so. It has everything anyone in any industry would be looking for!

A Truly vibrant coworking spaces with gorgeous gardens, quiet nooks, a mini theatre! .. meeting rooms and causal lounges..a fab lab, and a culinary lab! All in one space!! It is a beautiful and happy campus that makes the workday feel more like a retreat away from the city and into a real community of friendly faces.. a productive vibe that gives you that extra push you need to keep going.. what a place! They really thought of everything too, events, workshops and connections within the community and beyond to opportunities, services and experts.. I’d follow antwork anywhere they go! Antwork is a well thought-out co-working space, beautifully designed to allow you the time you need to work individually but also opportunities to meet others doing interesting work. It is a great place to be efficient and get your juices flowing. It has good lighting and all kinds of office amenities you need as well as spaces for different types of work like a kitchen. There also are options for different budgets which is helpful for different stages of your growth and development as a business. You can rent an office or even just a desk. I highly recommend Antwork.

The environment is very productive and the people are friendly. My favorite part is having the outside area for quick little breaks. It's pretty simple to book a private room for calls and what not. The app and website are very well though out obviously. So far, every time I've gone there, it was very hassle free and I was able to quickly get started working. All my experiences have been quite productive as well. It's nice that there's also the concept of community around the work space and I'd love to attend the events when I'm back in Beirut.

It's very good working space over all its amazing keep up the good work. Very cool team to work with. The garden is so beautiful. I am so proud to be a part of this community. Wich them the best. They have good Internet connection. Offices are fully equipped. The coffe and the food is amazing. I advise anyone i know to come and try this great experience. They have private offices and coworking and event spaces meeting rooms and also dedicated desks you feel loved and respected from all the staff they make you feel like your home. Love for all.

it is a exemplary environment for symbiosis. A lot can be achieved by interacting with entities already there. Most aspects of the Digital age, have at least one entity that does it best. quite a relaxing environment, brotherly staff. a real oasis within the havoc of Beirut! the major point of strength of being at Antwork, in my opinion, is being there for interactions rather than the intrinsic labor. The best practice it to complement one's service with other services provided there (web, electronics, display, marketing...), in order to create something new. the aggregate efficiency is very high in that environment.

Before becoming a member, I was intrigued by their main campus in the heart of the city. It just stands out as a green haven amidst a busy traffic-congested city. You walk in and you immediately switch off the crazy outside, and get productive. The companies and people that are frequently in the space cover various disciplines, but network's design and ambiance definitely appeal to one's aesthetic and many design co's and freelancers have made of the space their home. They also have an amazing commercial kitchen and maker space, although I haven't had the opportunity to use them, these services definitely need to be promoted more to the local strtups working on food and hardware!

cool space in the heart of Beirut, travel between 2 huge buildings separated by a lovely garden! I've personally been to this place more than 5 times, cleanness and hygiene are definitely on their top list here! The food is delicious, a big variety to suits my mood each time and at affordable prices. It's amazing when it gets crowded with events or coworkers, giving you a chance to mingle around and meet other people, grow your network without even planning for it. Their entire system works on a very friendly app - I remember once I needed assistance in my credits purchase the team was instantly there for support. It's really a great chilling place to work forgetting all about stress!

The best thing I found about antwork is that its the whole package! For start, its location in Hamra, a crowded area in beirut, yet you find the campus relaxing, and a friendly working atmosphere. The lobby, the coffee bar, everyone is super friendly. A coworking space that allows you to meet, interact, get things moving, work and, for me, ge inspired. Antwork has a variety of people that use their working space, and if you think of it for a second, each and everyone of those amazing individuals can help each other grow their businesses, whatever it may be; from business, to services, even management, the sky is the limit!

Best co-working space ever, very calm you can site and work all day with nothing bothering you, and friendly environment , best customer srvice provided ,always smiling staff , great meeting rooms provided for meetings , lovely garden you can benefit of to relax a bit while working , i highly recommend this place after every thing you need is provided , after all what can you wish more than an calm relaxing and lovely place tonwok or study in . I highly recommend this place for all people at all ages even for university students to study there .

We spent two week at Antwork when visiting from Cyprus for a project. The Antwork team was the best, they helped us set up our office very quickly and provided us with everything we need to start. There is a very good internet connection for free and big color printers everywhere and a very good application to control the lights and open the doors. We also booked meeting rooms for our client presentations with big televisions and white boards. We stayed in the phoenicia hotel which is 10 minutes walking from Antwork, very recommended. I will of course come back to antwork the next time when I come to Lebanon.

The garden at antwork is the most beautiful work-space in lebanon. When the sun is up I love to work outdoors, with my iced coffee and a super fast internet connection. Highly recommended. In winter, the cafe space is very cozy with many couches and a big table where you always meet people. You should check out the events that take place as well, I attended an event called "Let's talk language", a great experience during which i made many friends. The main negative is the traffic, but that is a problem all of beirut is suffering from. Good thing antwork has a parking with a valet, so at least you don't have to worry about parking.

I have been a member for over a year and loving it! The energy, the people, and most of all the garden! Pair that with a double shot espresso from the daily roast and you are all set! Originally an old Lebanese house, the campus is a beautiful blend between the old and contemporary. Ever since I joined, Antwork has allowed me to meet so many new people that I now work with. The variety of weekly events bring in a great communal vibe. My favorite is antworking day, a bi-anual opportunity for the community to show what they are up to and get the support they need, be it talent, funding or simply exposure. Most of all, what really makes antwork my favorite spot in Beirut are the sunset yoga class on the rooftop that overlook the city.

This place has been nothing but a bunch of good surprises so far. Started off as a freelancer looking for a quiet space to work from and ended with a great community that opened so many opportunities for me. Highly recommended for anyone doing it on his own. You get to meet cool startups, get to attend awesome events and you also get access to great workshops and programs. Their annual antworking day is a great initiative that really helps their community thrive and opens doors to great possibilities. Their main campus is on spears (at the heart of beirut) with 3 other locations around the city.

Perfectly located in Beirut, close to any place you might need to go, comfort and calm space to sit and relax AND work with no stress, literally! Fair prices in return to the service provided and its location. Those services as well as the technology used here is made to really simplify the work environment for entrepreneurs, companies and startups! Neighborhood is quite nice, team is friendly and always there to support you when needed, and what's really nice is that you can go to the garden to enjoy the sun and fresh air! Yoga classes and other fitness programs are available on weekly basis with special rates for members. Highly recommended! :)

antwork gets to love your work! It makes you look forward to go to work.. to spend the day, indoor, outdoor, amongst people, in your quiet corner or on the rooftop.. whatever makes you more creative and productive.. While you're at it, a little bit of culture, of wellness and wellbeing, a good coffee or a nice screening wouldn't hurt.. See you at antwork!

a hidden gem in a chaotic city. the garden makes the whole difference as it is rare to find green spaces in Beirut. It is centrally situated with plenty of parking spots available and good public transportation available. The community is very welcoming and friendly and everyone is super approachable and kind. Plenty of spots to work at so you don't feel confined to a desk or an office. Highly recommended!
