Very recommended to join Regus Mathaf. The center is full of lights and energy and they have the best service. The team are very friendly and you get to have all what you need for a comfortable office space . The team helps you finalize all the small heavy stuff in the office ! Electricity ,water, internet, signage, IT service, Meeting rooms and much more to have over there.

I created an account here just to review Regus Mathaf and to warn others to avoid it at all cost. We're a small team that badly needed regular access to the electricity and a stable internet connection, so we decided to try this place even though it's pricey. 1- There's ungodly corporate dealings and communication and then there's this place, which is managed by their headquarters (no local management company, just sales people). 2- The sales people: they resort to deceptive sales practices and conceal a lot of important information to make the sale. 3- Hidden fees: They'll throw a bunch of unreasonable and excessive fees on your account when you want to leave (for example, restoration fee: $340). 4- Deposit: They'll take a cut, even if you return the office in impeccable conditions. It'll also take them 35 days to return your deposit via bank transfer even if you gave it to them in cash. If you live in Lebanon, you know how much of a hassle it is to withdraw a large sum from the bank. I didn't realize they took a cut from our deposit until I logged into our account. 5- Incessant and unprofessional email over nonexistent overdue bills with hysteric subject lines. Towards the end of our contract, it started feeling like harassment. 6- Amenities: Internet speed was below average. The first week we were there, the AC was barely working. My advise is not to rent a space from a building that's run by a corporation overseas that throw fees at you as it pleases and automates its emails to you (no human contact from managers). We ended up paying a leg and an arm for a small space that we rented for just a month. We've rented offices in co-working spaces all over the city and this was BY FAR the absolute worst experience. Don't stay here unless you want to get ripped off. And it's clear Regus' unethical and deceptive business practices are as global as they are, so look for online reviews.
