This a house that has an area of 280 square meters and has 25 desks, three private offices and a trading room. The quality of the WiFi is great with a 150MB speed, and it has network cabling points in several desks. I specially like the vertical garden and the plants in the common zones to take a coffee. The location is great, in the Barrio Belen Malibu, probably one of the best neighborhood in Medellin. You are near the following places: -Unidad Deportiva Belen to cover your sports needs. - Park Malibu which is a huge park to relax. - Centro Comercial Unicentro The coworking founders are great people and they are willing to help you and all your needs. Also the pricing is great and you can get better prices than the average prices in coworking places.
