The main feature making the place extraordinary, providing a different vibe, is the fact, that it has a direct street entry and a window as a small shop, making you part of the city life all day long. Working on a sitting or a stand up desk, meeting clients or friends, walking in and out of the place and getting a longer private call in the most prominent park of Sofia 20 steps away or going for lunch to one of the many hip places around - the place will be your hub for your short term stay in Sofia, making the most of it, by letting you experience the city life first hand, while getting things done. For the artist and product designers, the place will bring even more added value, since it can be used privately as a pop up shop or a gallery. The space has all the basics as a Swiss knife, from an office with 4 sitting and 4 stand up desks, store furniture, chairs for 16 people for a lecture, presentation or a reading or, of course, the option to be absolutely empty if used as a gallery. If rented out privately to one or a team, the place can be used quietly 24/7, unless there is an event scheduled. Usually weekends or long weekends artists use the space for events or exhibitions, but if rented out privately, it can be rented out weekends as an office or weekdays as gallery, if the schedule allows it.
