Betahaus| is quite vibrant co-working space right in the heart of the Bulgaria`s capital - Sofia.

Betahaus Sofia is a really good coworking space on two floors plus a coffeehouse in the ground floor. Good office chairs, good wifi, nice natural light, simple and unbulky desks. Hosts are awesome friendly and helpful, you feel very welcome from day 1. Other coworkers are also a good mix of different (mostly tech) fields and were very friendly. Space was not to crowded. Great surroundings with nice lunchplaces nearby, and 24/7 access make this coworking the top package in Sofia. Only the skype/phone cabins should be improved, they are not really private. Overall a very spacious and high ceilings feel, recommendable for creative and inspiring computer work.

The atmosphere is very good for working (noise is quite low for so many people in a room and people are generally very helpful). There is everything you need + more and the team always makes the extra effort to fulfill every wish. Attached to it is the betacafe, which makes great coffee (I am very picky regarding coffee) and is a great place to relax. Nearby you can find a few restaurants, supermarket, gym etc. and its generally in a good location in Lozenets and easily reachable by car, foot and public transport. There is also a great comunity and interesting events on a regular basis.

It's hipsterish but it's awesome. It has a soul behind the crazy/functional/hipster ideas of the interior. People smile a lot. The guys that run the place are always happy to hear your nonsense and help you with whatever you suck at. I don't think there's another place in Sofia, not to say a co-working place, that I feel so welcome when I have to do my freelance stuff or just have a chat, a word, an advice or an inspiration. Just on thing - they should get rid of the fussball table in the cafe though - it's pretty fucking loud. But it's a in the cafe, so... I guess I'm just being whiny for no reason :)

Betahaus captures the true colours of the Sofia startup ecosystem with a fresh and dynamic ambience and multiple events ranging from "Beta breakfast" where new projects and ideas are being shared to Crypto Meetups, Behance portfolio and FuckUp night events. I love going there as an entrepreneur cause unlike other places, I can find a little bit of all the different people in the startup world of Sofia- the IT, the creatives, designers, musicians and even HR and Finance specialists. In such a mix of personalities and topics, you can't help it, but let go of prejudice and enjoy the ride :)

You can meet a great community. The place is amazing, good location, nice and helpful team. The location is central and very close to the metro station. I've been working in Betahaus for nearly 18 months. As a Brit who landed here without many friends in the city, and no understanding of the city or country, Betahaus is a brilliant spot to work in. A mixed, varied, community of friendly locals and internationals, and good coffee. It's a short walk to the centre, in a nice little district with several cafes and shops, and is literally on top of a gym, which is useful. The cafe is a vibrant hub of social activity, and there's several break-out spaces and meeting rooms if you need to get away from everyone.

My first touch with betahause was trought a Forbes article about it and how the founders create it. This was long time ago before I went living in Sofia. When I moved to the capital I started visiting for events. My first view of the place was that It was a place with people with ideas looking towards the future. Then I started using as a coworking space and I was amazed about the comunity that behause has with cool young people doing cool stuff, and most important part is the staff there are making behause a great place! Bam!

Lovely, cozy place in heart of Sofia. The people there become your Family and after a week you feel them like you grow up together. Here you can find the best coffee in Sofia and they will make it with the all love they have. Feels like a vintage spirit with passion and jokes around you. It is really productive environment and you can focus all the time (Yoga classes help too). But when you are done with your job you really can join in some interesting ivents. Beta people provide you peaceful place where you can be productive and when you finish you can enjoy their program.

Betahaus Sofia is an amazing place with amazing people. One of the few places with great coffee in town. I recommend this as the best choice for a starting company or a freelancer to be part of a community that motivates and inspires you. Regular activities and events keep us on track with the industry and the hottest topics. The staff is always smiling and ready to assist you with anything. The variety of companies and businesses in the coworking space is really good for finding new customers, making new friends, learning something new every day and ultimately - have fun during long working hours.

Excellent place for digital nomads. When the weather outside is freeze in the coworking you will be like in the heaven. I found there other digital nomads and meet interesting people. Wifi is perfect and super fast. The neighborhood is very safe and you have the Metro Station very near, aswell as many places to eat. You really can have the 24h/7 access, not usual in many coworkings and very usefull. You have a bar where you can buy a great coffee. Tzvetina, the person encharged was very kind and helpful. For sure one of the best coworkings in western Europe. 5 stars.

This place is just amazing. You go there you meet young interesting people who are just about to be succesful with their own businesses. You have also an opportunity there to relax if you are a bit stressed out from your work, to play a table football or to grab a cup of coffee and have a chat with your collegues. Compared to other co-working spaces in Sofia, I think the Betahaus is the most balanced one so far: - sensibilities - strongly influenced by the bauhaus style focused on practicality and functionality and IKEA-style coziness - events & community - Betahaus is probably the most active in terms of events and community building - coffee - Veronique, Rosi and Niky have all serious barista attitude for the coffee drinks - business - the Betahaus offerings are really flexible Somehow this is the co-working space that emotionally resonates with me and offers me the best balance.

The Beta crew is consisting of great, young and talented people who are ready to help you. The location of the office is very good, close to the center, bus and tram stops, but also shops and good places to eat. Beta bar is always offering new and interesting drinks and bevarages and if you don't know how to make a Thursday morning better or more exciting, you don't have to miss the Beta breakfast, that is free of charge for the Beta members.

Right in the center of Sofia, in the neighborhood of Lozenec, at a few minutes from more or less everything. It is very safe and it's the perfect center of the city. There is all kind of transport (metro, bus) at a few corners and you can reach Borisova Gradina (the biggest park in Sofia) by walking in ten minutes. Тhere is another one, smaller, even closer. The City Center Sofia (Mall) is at 5 min walk – if you need to buy something it’s the easiest thing go do. The first working space is huge (around 500 M²) and there are 70 working stations. The work space is separated by shelves with all kind of books; if you need to take a five - you can always find something interesting to read. The decoration is splendid, it is simple with a nice look and in the same time you don't loose your thought when you look around. The small conference room in nice for work meetings, interviews or business meeting and it has the capacity for 15 people. It is great when you need to organize a corporate meeting in closed doors. In the event space is more than 120 M² and you can organize all kind of events – skill sharing, presentations and others activities. There is enough space for 250 persons (100 seated), equipped with microphones, sound system, projector and all you could need for more or less any kind of event. The next floor is separated in team rooms for a maximum of five people, organized for bigger working communities. Last but not least - there is the Beta Café ! This is the first floor of beta – right after the entry. The decoration is just amazing ! There are plants everywhere, interesting paintings and photos, lots of books in different languages. Especially if you are a freelancer and you need to make a working meeting with a client – this is just the perfect place.

Betahaus is a place with an amazing atmosphere. Every second you spend there you feel like something is happening, not just for you but for everybody in the space. Around the corner, in the next room, on the next desk and during the next unique event you feel things are moving somewhere. And you feel that what's good for others is also good for you. It's a great feeling of co working as a way of life.

I worked in betahaus Sofia for 9 months and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Making friends, attending thought-provoking and action-inspiring events and bouncing ideas off successful, motivated experienced people were just a few of the perks of this awesome coworking space. I highly recommend it!

Cool, convenient, the heart of the startup ecosystem, great atmoshpere!

For me betahaus is not a co-working space. It's a dear friend who is always there to welcome you in their home, make you a delicious drink and give you freedom to be whatever you want to be today. If you want to focus on the project at hand, you can find the peace and silence you need there. If you have a crazy idea, their team and community are always ready to listen and go beyond what you'd expect to help you turn it into reality. On a personal note, it's where I've met some of the smartest, most positive and open-minded people I know. I would be a completely different person in a completely different place today if it wasn't for betahaus.

Great community. Easy to stay focused if needed and get your job done, but there are always great people to make your day there. It's almost in the city center so a lot of things are nearby if you need whatever.

I totally loved the place!

We have used a team desk for the first three years since the start of our architectural studio in 2012 and we have been very happy with the space, the people and the location. The stay at betahaus sofia helped us also with the creation of our own furniture brand as there were all these different professionals around giving advice on stuff that barely knew - online marketing, sales, web design.

What makes this space different is the people - awesome events are being organized all the time and you really get to mingle with everyone and come up with new projects, fun ideas, etc

I have visited and worked on multiple co-working locations across Europe, especially die Zentrale in Frankfurt/Main. Betahaus Sofia has a distinctive feeling of being among close friends even if you meet the people for the first time. Really cozy and great to get you in the mood to be productive.

I had been working in the workspace on the second floor for about an year in the period (2015-2016). All I can say is that the working conditions there are great, but to me personally the real value is in the ambitious people that go there and the friendly atmosphere that is created within.

betahaus Sofia provides a unique atmosphere for co-working. It is a welcoming mix of enterpreneursas well as art and design orientated people. You can meet there out of the box mindests which collaborate in a daily basic to find new solutions and brainstorm fresh ideas over a great cup of coffe or a craft beer. In between the regular stress free conversations. I am a freelance art director for major cultural festivals in Sofia, also a freelance filmmaker. I choose to work from betahaus coffee place since it is well organizied as a space, it is lit and you can access very good speed wifi. Also this is the place I can ask an advise from a established professionals or get an inovative point of view from the younger and artistic crowd that work there. This co-working space, since it is the first one in Bulgaria, has a long story of development and relationship to business and urban culture. For me this is not a working place only but more a place to live through your work and really enjoy it!

I was really impressed by the interior and comfort of the place. It's a great place to lead a team and run a business here. We like the location, the facility, the people and companies here, the business events and the chill out parties in the evenings. The betahaus team is very friendly and professional, they have interesting ways of solving problems and are always happy to support. We do really cowork here - you can find the services you need just around the corner or on the next floor. I personally love the cafe - the best meeting room around! I've always had а great time in Betahaus. The atmosphere is warm and the people are always kind. Тhere are often exhibitions and cool presentations happening. There is also a free table football where you can always stress out if you need to. You can also do that in the gym in the basement but to me it's less social there. Betahaus is now on 3 floors and there's space for everyone. The personel is always there if you need something and are also very helpful and understanding. As a former intern at betahaus I can most definitely confirm that this co-working space gave me the excellent work experience I needed.The members and the betateam boosted my creativity and showed me that this environment helps you grow in every professional aspect. I love drinking my tea at betacafe, it's also the place where I met with digital nomads from all around the world.

I have a fixed desk at the big coworking space for 6 months now and felt as a part of a community from day 1. People may come and go, but the atmoshere is always inspiring. The location is perfect - on the perifery of the city center, in walking distance to many food places and bars for the evening activities. We have also many inhouse activities and get togethers, which bind us too - start with the betacafe, through the coworking spaces and conference rooms and the overall plus - we have also a wonderful garden. I'm working in Betahaus since December 2015. It is really great place. You feel like home, when you are working here. All people are very friendly. I found a lot of friends and also people to collaborate with. There is a nice cafe in the building and very good part of the co-working place are the events that are happening regularly.

The coworking space is enormously big. The hosts are amazingly friendly and the environment is supportive and creative. Lots of events and a great community. There is also a big cafe available to all guests with wide variety of food and drinks. Absolutely reccomended. ;)

Great facilies with everything you need to feel good while you (co)work. Very inviting atmosphere among the coworkers and last but not least a great cafe inside the building which helps for networking and chilling. Perfect internet.

Very alive place providing combination of great networking, amazing events and fabulous working environment

I like working in betahaus. The location is perfect for going to work either with car or with public transportation. There are a lot of places to eat nearby which is important to me. The only disadvantage is when some big event is held as many people come and it becomes a little mess but in the end of day this is good as you meet a lot of new people :)
