Strikes a good balance between work & community
03.06.2020By now I've been working in a various kinds of coworking spaces. A lot of them are strongly focused on work productivity and business events at the expense of a personal connections, or the other way round. Some are tiny and thus lacks a community while some are large highly professional spaces that lack the personal touch. I love Hub Hoi An because it's somewhere in the middle. The Hub has a good size and great people, starting with Sarah, its founder. She takes great care of the community and its members. The Hub has a laid-back atmosphere where you can make connections even if you're more introvert. The daily lunch is joined by many of its members and a great way to get in touch. It's also a good meal for a good price directly at your workplace. That's one of those things that foster community but also keep you productive. The Hub is located in Cam Châu, which is located between the city center and the beach area. It's a quiet part of Hội An that is surrounded by rice fields on three sides and the Hub is located next to one of them. Just take a two minutes walk into the rice fields in the afternoon to enjoy a great sunset. The community extends beyond the workplace with various events. The weekly dinner for example is a fantastic way to get to know each other and also great restaurants all across town (check out Ganesh!). In general you can get tons of good advice about the town and things around to explore because members tend to be a mix of nomads and expats. The WiFi is good and Vietnam's internet usually is too. You can order great food right to your desk, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free & low carb! There's one thing I'd love to see in the future: proper office chairs. Stability/sittings balls can also be a good start. The Hub is not alone in this though. I see that issue in most coworking spaces. Coworkers often spend many hours for many days a week sitting at a desk, so chairs have an impact on posture and health. On the plus side the Hub does have some standing desks! After almost 5 months in Hoi An and at the Hub I'm leaving Vietnam for now. However I'm already looking forward for my next stay in the winter and to see some familiar faces again!

For Lifestyle + Community + Work life
02.06.2020For those who want a change of pace from the big city, Hoi An offers super chill lifestyle opportunities (Beach! Food! Clean air! Rice fields!), and Hub in particular offers the things you're used to (Internet! Social Networking! Coffee!). The best parts of Hub are the intangibles - the staff are nice, the community lunches are delicious and full of people interested in what you're doing, sometimes there are cute puppies. Sarah & Co. put a ton of time into the activity calendar - from social hangouts to business development - and I appreciate that you're always welcome but not obligated to join in. :D Get a bike and cruise through the rice fields to the beach when you're done working. Have a beer and watch the sunset. Go to a pub quiz. * This is my 3rd time in Vietnam, and 4th time at Hub.

Fast wifi great coffee and nice atmosphere
30.01.2020I had a fantastic experience here. The wifi is fast and stable, the facilities are well-organized, the coffee is tasty, and the overall atmosphere is great. The owner Sarah is very helpful and welcoming. There are also social events outside of the normal workweek schedule so you can get to know the other members. Being here made my time in Hoi An even better. Highly recommended!

Everything is awesome
07.01.2020Really great space. Comfortable, cool, friendly staff, great food, quiet, and really nice community. They even have pet fish and snails to stare at when you need a break. Literally nothing negative to say.

My review of Hub Hoi An
29.11.2019After travelling SE Asia for a year, Hub Hoi An was hands down my most favourite, fun, memorable and productive places I visited. I stayed for 2 months, but wish I was still there. Sarah, Chau and the rest of the Hub Hoi An family have created such a cool environment, and I made lots of lifelong friends because of them. Hoi An (and An Bang beach) would be my #1 recommendation for digital nomads to visit in SE Asia, it's a perfect mix of culture, food, beach, nature, music and good people. Hope to be back again!

29.11.2019I love the Hub! Sarah and Chau are the sweetest and will always go out of their way to help you with anything. There is also a great community vibe with events happening all the time - dinners, film nights, weekend trips etc. I met some amazing people during my time there! Oh and not forgetting the Chefs (William & Trieu) who make the BEST food.

29.11.2019Hub Hoi An, first of all, is managed and run by few of the most awesome people you'd ever meet in Hoi An, Vietnam. Everything about this place, including the facilities, the location, the membership fees, the events, and the community have been the best I've ever experienced in the whole country. And this is a big statement coming from a person who has lived in Vietnam for a decade now. I have never met any person in town who has been disappointed with Sarah and her team. And I believe that they deserve to be recognized all over.

29.11.2019It is PERFECT. First of, the location is beautiful. Tucked in the middle of rice fields, Hub Hoi An makes me feel like Im literally working from home. The Hub has everything you need: wonderful and attentive staff, a beautiful garden to rest, delicious meals, the best wifi, resources and information for the community, the right environment to get work done. In addition, they place high value on building community via their weekly events, community dinners, and more. It really is a little family, and that makes co-working much more fun.

29.11.2019This beautiful space is located right next to the rice fields just outside of Hoi An town center. It's full of lush greenery and on top of that, an amazing group of people. Each day they have a community lunch which is a great way to meet fellow nomads as well as various weekly events around the coty where you can discover restaurants and other unique events you wouldn't have otherwise. The space has great spaces to work and really great internet and really gets your productive juices flowing. A great place to go and focus on your projects as well as making a great bunch of friends in the process. I love it.

29.11.2019This Co working space is amazing for many different reasons! First off the location is beautiful with the co-working space being located right in front of a beautiful view of the Hoi An landscape and rice fields. There is plenty of working space in the Hub with outlets and extension cords always available. They have both seating desks and standing desks available. They have designated quite rooms and also common hangout spaces. The hub also puts together daily community lunches and events for the members which are awesome opportunities to connect with other members of the space. Lastly they have available food and drinks so you never need to leave your work zone for nourishment. I love the people who operate this Co-working space and I also love the vibe of this amazing remote work space. I would highly recommend checking this place out!

My review of Hub Hoi An
29.11.2019It's heaven! To look at, it looks so effortless; from the design, to the ambience, to the quality of the workspaces and coffee. But it's not effortless, Sarah, Chau and the rest of the team are just so good at what they do it looks effortless. No mean feat. More practically, this is a tropical hideaway. It's like being part of a club more than a co-working space. People work, collaborate, socialise, and more. It's truly a home away from home. Indeed, wherever I am in the world, I find myself returning.

My review of Hub Hoi An
29.11.2019Why should someone work from Hub Hoi An? The answer is simple. Community. Sarah " the founder " pours her heart and soul into hiring great team members to manage the space, organise business and social events, and generally make the space an inviting and enjoyable place to work and hang out. I've been on Hub excursions to Cham islands, the Hai Van pass, My Son Ruins, Lune productions, weekly community dinners, speed networking, Mastermind, Fuckup Nights, Community Talks, Board Game Night, Pub Quiz, Sunday Funday, and Movie Nights. The options are endless. There is always someone to connect with and something to do. This is by far the best coworking space I've ever worked from. Not only because I'm productive as hell in the airconditioned glasshouse but because within a few days I was surrounded by a group of like-minded individuals who quickly became family to me. Living away from home for so long, you need genuine people to connect with on the road. Most coworking spaces lack this vibrant element, Hub Hoi An has nailed it. Other reasons are; the super fast wifi, the quiet room, the green courtyard, the amazing chefs who cook us delicious community lunches every day, the bookable meeting room, 24/7 access for monthly members, the discounts for local places such as the gym, spas, organisation of renting motorbikes or sim cards. The list goes on.

29.11.2019Beautiful, friendly coworking space nestled among the rice fields in the Unesco town of Hoi An. Great community, lots of events for both socialising, networking and business advice. The cafe is also amazing, great coffee and amazing selection of food options. There's a quiet room if you need to be super-productive, and then also the air-con glass house at the back with lovely view of the garden, plus outdoor seating too with fans. Wifi is good, Skype room is convenient for meetings and the wifi is excellent. Would definitely recommend! :)

29.11.2019I wish I could keep this awesome space a secret, but on the other hand, they really deserve to be better known. 29.11.2019Hub Hoi An had everything you look for from a co-working space from reliable internet, private meeting room, green spaces etc but in addition has nurtured an truly amazing community spirit. My review of Hub Hoi An
29.11.2019I think we are providing the best community space in Asia and we are helping our members to become friends or business partners. Our people hire each other, have fun together and make friends just easy over our daily community lunches. We are a small space with only 40 members but we do believe that small businesses are worth to push to the top! We support the local Vietnamese community in our town by organizing free events e.g. how to set up facebook pages to help the local community here to support their families through micro-businesses. Everyone in our team feels like participating in the global movement of a more flexible and individualized work-life-balance. We are small but we contribute. Every. Damn. Day. Cheerio. Sarah

The place to be when in Vietnam!!
17.11.2019Hub Hoi An is most definitely one of my top favorite coworking spaces! It has much to offer on top of a space to work from and all the equipments you'll need; it is a hub in every definition! I had originally planned to spend 2 weeks in Hoi An, but upon coming across Hub Hoi An and its amazing community I ended up extending my stay to 2 months (and only had to leave due to visa restrictions). Located right on the edge of Hoi An city, Hub Hoi An is exactly where you want it to be, away from the traffic and busy streets yet just a short distance from all the attractions Hoi An has to offer. Beaches, rice fields, hiking, trekking, and going on long adventures on bicycles... I have made great memories with this community of location independent members and thrill seekers! The Hub offers the best internet connection in town, the space, atmosphere and staff make it easy to be 110% productive. My favorite spot is the standing desk in the 360˚ garden view GLASS HOUSE, I could easily spend countless hours working without feeling depleted or tired (I am sure the organic and healthy lunches offered by the William and Trieu, the resident French and Vietnamese chefs, played a big role :D ). The space also plays an important role in helping local businesses by providing weekly talks on a variety of topics to help them optimize and grow their operations. Monitors, keyboards, cables, extensions.. whatever accessory you need is available. Thank you Sarah and the amazing Hub staff for a memorable and productive stay!

Melting pot for digital nomads, entrepreneurs and people looking for a family abroad
04.11.2019I am at Hub Hoi An since 4 months now and it definitely feels like home. I met unbelievable great new friends here and the co-woring space really feels like a family get-together with always some new borns and some older brothers and sisters. I am Sarah's sister, currently doing a sabbatical but working out my future career path. The Hub's community helps me in connecting with all sorts of entrepreneurs, freelancers and business developers which gives me the amazing opportunity to dive deep into finding out what I want to create for myself. The Hub team is a bunch of warm and welcoming people who always try to fulfill every single wish you have. The food is awesome too, there are always options if you want to eat more healthy (vegan, low-carb, low protein..) and the lunches have weekly variety. To sum it up, I love being here and being part of the community.

Perfect Environment to be Productive and Connect with Beautiful People
01.11.2019I've been traveling while working, doing the digital nomad life. I was looking for a base to stay a bit longer than the average 2 weeks I was doing, and when I first arrived to Hoian it instantly felt good. There's a special vibe in this little town that captured me. So the next step was to look for a good space to work and be productive, and Hub Hoian showed up in my research. And I'm so happy it did :) It's located right in front of the rice fields with Vietnamese mountains silhouettes in the background, and riding my bike every day there was so refreshing and cheerful. Perfect to start the day with a smile on my face. The spaces and desks are comfortable, especially the glass house (my favorite) looking out to a colorful garden. Stable internet with great speed. Coffee and food are tasty (try the homemade granola!), always served with a smile by a super cool friendly staff (love them). The daily community lunch and the activities they organize to bring the community together, to help us be better, better at our jobs, better at living, makes you feel like you have a family in this remote place far away from home. Making friends and special connections. Thank you Hub Hoian. 2 weeks became 5 amazing months. Thank you. I'll be back!!!

Amazing location, great community, excellent coffee
26.10.2019Such a lovely coworking space with a wonderful community! The location is beautiful, with windows and a terrace looking out over the tranquil rice fields of Hoi An. There are lots of options where you can work, including the air-con glasshouse (which looks out onto a pretty garden), the quiet room, the garden or the terrace. The cafe is great with loads of delicious food options (Vietnamese and Western), yummy cake, and excellent coffee. There is also an optional communal lunch every day which is a great way to meet other coworkers. Their events schedule has a great mix of business events (eg talks from inspiring entrepreneurs) but also fun nights out at local bars and restaurants. One of my favourite places to work in Hoi An!

Perfect Place to Work
25.10.2019This is a fantastic place, loved every day there. It is calm, yet full of very intelligent and ambitious people. The daily lunches are like mini-masterminds that come with huge plates of Delicious food. Everything is taken care of so that you can focus on what you are looking to hammer out that day. Sara and Chau are wonderful hosts. Hub Hoi An puts Hoi An as a prime spot on the map for DN's in SE Asia. Beach, chill, delivious food, group of competitive people working on their goals, the ying and yang, amazing place.

Best Coworking Experience
12.06.2019Hub Hoi An holds a special place in my heart! The Hub is run by an amazing team who are always ready to help - whether you need a latte, a scooter, or a dog cuddle session, they’re prepared for it all. The community is probably the best part of the Hub! There are weekly scheduled events that have great turnouts and a lively chat group to fill the gaps. The daily lunches are a MUST! Changes every day and is made by some amazing chefs. The day-to-day life in Hoi An is cheap and easy going. Beach is a 15-20min bike ride from the Hub, half that on a scooter. Old town is about the same distance in the opposite direction. If you’re looking for a relaxing place in Vietnam where you can be productive and engage with an amazing community, go to the Hub Hoi An!

Great People, Great Food, Great Location
11.06.2019My husband and I just spent two months here at Hub Hoi An and have nothing but great things to say. The staff is absolutely fantastic--hardworking, fun to talk with, and very helpful. Every week there are a number of great activities to choose from and the community of DMs often organize other events themselves. The workspaces are pleasant, the wifi is great, and everyday there is a delicious community lunch that really helps foster getting to know your fellow nomads. The Hub's location is fantastic too. A half hour south of Da Nang, there is plenty to do. Hoi An has a wonderful old town to explore, the beach is only a few kilometers away, the Hai Van pass is a day trip, and there are three pretty awesome amusement parks to explore. The Hub itself is located right next to gorgeous rice fields, there is a market with tons of fruits and freshly cooked food just a five minute bike ride away. Vietnam wasn't even on our radar at the start of the year, but after raved about Hub Hoi An, we decided to give it a try and haven't regretted it at all.

Michael, thank you for your time writing us such a great feedback. I am happy you enjoyed all the sights and the amusement parks around, made new friends and met old fellows. I hope you have a great time and see you again. Hen gap lai! Sarah

Peace and tranquility in Hoi An
10.06.2019The Hub is a really great place to work. It’s really peaceful and has helped me to relax during a stressful working period. I’ve made countless invaluable connections. There is a really nice atmosphere, a bar and kitchen with a fantastic chef who knows how I like my food which is really special touch. I love all the events that take place and the fact it is opposite the rice fields.

Our 'home' office
10.06.2019My fiancee and I have been members of the Hub for much of the past six months, using it as our surrogate office and social circle while we call Hoi An home. We've come to love our days working in the deliciously cool quiet room, shooting the breeze during the community lunches, and hanging out with our fellow Hubbers during the many weekly social events such as quiz nights, weekend parties, and community dinners. Special mention also to the amazing kitchen on site. From delicious community lunches that combine western and Vietnamese flavours to my daily granola bowls to the awesome iced lattes, there isn't a bad thing on the menu. The fridge stocked with beers and soda is certainly appreciated too. The Hub is gorgeous, fun, and such a great community.

Awesome place
09.05.2019Hub Hoi An should be called a coworking family rather than just a coworking space. We stayed at the Hub for almost 3 months earlier this year and had a wonderful time. The Hub itself sits next to the rice fields a bit off the touristic center. Just perfect to reach everything by bicycle or scooter if you prefer. A rich variety of accomodation is around. Working conditions are very good at the Hub. High speed wifi, rooms with AC, outdoor seating in the garden and front yard. Quiet room for focus work and meeting room included. Even a coffee shop and restaurant/bistro are integrated into the Hub. Members can participate in many activities from daily community lunch over game and movie nights to beach parties and community dinners which are organized by Sarah's wonderful team. Overall it was a fantastic experience at Hoi An and also at the Hub. We would love to return some day.

A great place to work!
07.05.2019This is the best managed co-work I've been to thanks to Sarah and the staff she has in place. It's a wonderful place to work with a communal lunch which is a great place to meet people, monitors for rent, computer stands, standing desks and an assortment of spaces to work. It's in a peaceful village/suburb at the edge of Hoi An which is about a 15 minute bike ride in but far enough away to avoid the bustle of town. There's several café's and a gym in the neighbourhood all within easy reach.

Hey Glen, thank you so much for your recommendation and your nice words. Also for mention us in your recent article, that was a great read too! It was so nice having you and Elana at the Hub and I wish you all the best! Sarah

Best coworking space I have worked in
05.05.2019Best coworking space I have worked ever. This place feels more like a family home rather than a space where you work. Not only they have awesome breakfast, lunch and coffee. There are great and likeminded people. If you want you can choose several places to work from - silent room with AC, glass box with AC or garden with many well kept plants. I highly recommend this space to work. It provides place where you can focus and community events like weekly dinners, lunches, pub quiz and more. Sarah and her team is doing a perfect job by providing a full package to make your winter escape a breeze!

Whoop!! Thank you so much Kristaps, it was so nice having you hear for this month and I wish you and your wife all the best. Lots of travel adventures and big success in everything you do! Sunny greetings from Hoi An, Sarah

Inspiring and everything you need
02.05.2019I tried the Hub today and it immediately felt like a really inspiring place, with different areas (either air conditioned or outdoors) for different needs and moments, appliances to borrow and even books, games and bar: objectively better than my current office in London and a good reason to believe in the Nomad step.
Hub Hoi An responded to this review
Hey Michi, thank you so much for your nice words. Nice that Hub Hoi An is better than your current office in fancy London... :-) Sunny greetings and all the best. Sarah

Lovely place to spend a few month with an awesome community.
23.04.2019I have been travelling for over three years now, and this is one of the best co work space community I have found so far. Sarah has done an awesome job creating creating a space that seems to attract tons of great people and together they create this amazing atmosphere. There are always tons of community events, either group dinners, game nights, road trips or pub quizzes to visit together, so it's very hard to not make new friends here. Already looking forward to my next visit

Wonderful, welcoming community of highly motivated people
23.04.2019We stayed in the hub for almost 2 months and loved it so much. We honestly think it is one of the best and most unique coworking spaces in the world (and we tested a lot of them before). Sarah created a beautiful space, with an amazing creative atmosphere which makes the work nice and easy. She is the light of this space and always makes you feel special. Would definitely love to come back one day. Keep the good job and see you soon!

15.04.2019I was one moth in Hub Hoi An - and I loved it. The coworking space has a nice atmosphere for working, and has done a great job with the coworking community. I was there with two friends, but could easily have worked there alone. I was so sad to leave, and I will definetly come back!

They say Disney World is the happiest place on earth, they are wrong, Hub Hoi An is the happiest place.
09.04.2019It's my second winter at the Hub, I didn't plan to go to Hoi An two years in a row but the Hub is a very strong magnet, it's hard to get away from. It has everything you need office wise, great wifi, different kind of desk, quiet room, meeting room, coffee, hammock etc. But those things are easy to get. The Hub has much more, the community is amazing, starting with the most helpful staff, you'll meet people there that will remember for the rest of your life. Also Hoi An is the best city in Vietnam.

Cosy and friendly - feels like home!
15.02.2019I spent two weeks in Hoi An in January coworking at the Hub. The location is perfect, right in the middle of beautiful rice paddies with the beach not far away. The coworking space has a really cosy and homely feel and I found it really easy to settle into work and got loads done. The best part though is definitely the community and people running the space - Sarah and Chau make you feel welcome straight away and the daily community lunches are a great opportunity to get to know the other coworkers. The food was delicious too (especially the brownies, OMG!). I wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll be back for sure:)

I want to come back!
28.01.2019The hub is an amazing new co-working space with a super friendly owner and incredible staff The internet is good, there is a variety of areas where you can work (glass house, outside couch, inside coach, quiet room, standing tables) so everyone should find something that works for them. The community is one of the best things. It's a relatively small coworking space compared to others in Thailand / Bali, but the communal lunch (with very good vegetarian options always!) makes most people enjoy at least one meal together and creates a very pleasant atmosphere. There are also almost daily events and it's very easy to get chatting to people and find people for trips or just for some drinks.

Amazing space, community, and lunches!
25.01.2019Hub is an amazing coworking space. The physical space is comfortable with plenty of sitting, standing, and lounging options as you would expect from a good place, but what really makes Hub special is the community Sarah (owner) has built around the daily lunches. Even on weekends I looked forward to the week just so I could go into the Hub and feel like I had a group of friends instantly. They've got two full time chefs onsite, one french and one vietnamese - which makes for better meals that you can get pretty much anywhere in the city, including really well thought-out vegetarian options. I really miss the food and people. You won't regret working here. Oh, and the location is good too. Just outside the city situated among rice fields, so it's nice and quiet, but still within an easy bike ride.

Genuine & lovely co-working community.
09.12.2018The Hub Hoi An is nothing less than a game-changer. After 6 months of working remotely, I was starting to feel a bit lost. I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Hub and call it my home for a full month in Hoi An. From the moment you arrive at the Hub, you'll realize you've found a family. Chau & Sarah are warm and welcoming - whether you intend to stay for one day, one week or months at a time, you'll be treated as an equal addition to the Hub family. The space itself is full of beautiful greenery, comfy couches, bean bags a hammock and an air-conditioned glass house for maximum productivity. Wifi is flawless and fast. The Hub offers great coffee and tasty homemade community lunches by Will and Trieu. Pub quizzes, Friday dinners and weekend trips - there is no shortage of opportunities to get to know your fellow Hubbers! In just one month I made a handful of great friendships whom I continued to travel with after Hoi An. If you're looking for a beautiful space to call home in Vietnam, don't miss out on the Hub! Huge thanks to Sarah & the entire Hub team. See you again someday xx

Your home away from home
06.12.2018Hub Hoi An has been a place I've called home away from home ever since it opened. Sarah and her team are super friendly, helpful and welcoming and the Hub is run extremly professionally, yet the atmosphere is relaxed and convival. Everything a digital nomad could possibly need has been taken care off. I started holding weekly meetings of the Hoi An Writers Group here in April 2017 and everyone of our members looks forward to coming to the Hub each week for the beautiful and peaceful garden, the community spirit and the yummy food and drinks. Sarah and her team will go out of their way to assist you with anything you might need during your stay in Hoi An. In short, I love everything about this place, but the garden is the absolute highlight. It's an oasis of peace and quiet set amid ricefields, away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. I can't think of a more beautiful place to work in. I love this place so much, I even take all my visitors there as part of my private 'highlights of Hoi An' tour. Definitely not to be missed, even if you are just in town for a few days.

Review from the very left table inside the glassroom....
05.12.2018The Hub Hoi An: is located between the beautiful rice fields of Hoi An and your way, by bike or scooter or on foot to the hub becomes to a little adventure that brings your mood to a special level, like relaxed and charged at the same :-) If you are a Yoga lover, you might want to practice "Sunrise Yoga" with members on some mornings before you start working. As you can see, there is no way to get to the Hub with a bad or unmotivated mind. And that's the first feeling you will notice in front of the door. The interior is inviting and very thoughtful, from the outside, relaxing areas in the garden, to group meeting rooms, sofas and hammocks, until the individual working rooms, there are some in absolute silence and others in the beautiful greens with walls built only of glass. My favorite place is the first table in this room in the left corner, at this desk you have greens and flowers on your right side, in front of you and a little above your head :-) The architect still has not forgotten the ergonomics. It is possible to stay while working on a special desk. You can borrow every detail that makes your workingspace perfect for you, as small additional tables lift and cool your computer, there are also keyboards, cables and mouses. My personal gift was a mousepad with a tree picture and the letters: "safe the world!", if you use it, think about me :-) To the members, you will see that you are more than welcome and invite to all activities offered. The last and very important details is the food! You can order lunch as a dish of the day or other dishes from the menu, everything is delicious. Me as a student have to say, I wish there could be a discount for us, I'm pretty sure it's impossible to overlook the fact that I'm super in LOVE with this place.

A dream of a coworking space
05.12.2018A dream of a coworking space and also a great place for breakfast or just coffee. The view to the ricefields opposite of the plot is just beautiful and relaxing. Its nice to work quietly by yourself, but in the same way also for being part of a community. The staff is super friendly and does everything to make you have a good time. I also really enjoy the super fast internet connection. Highly recommended to check out for all digital nomads but also for everyone who loves to enjoy a great breakfast or lunch in a beautiful green place.

Perfect mix of community, tranquility, and work atmosphere
26.11.2018Sarah has made the hub an awesome place to work. The first thing you'll notice is the greenery: in the garden space you'll find bamboo and other plants, and just out the front door is a wonderful view of the rice fields. You can find a good work atmosphere in a lot of coworking spaces, but in my experience a good community is harder to find. The hub definitely excells in this area: there are usually one or two event organizers that make it easy to see the others there as more than just other nomads: for example a weekly dinner, board game nights, and longer weekend events. Highly, highly recommended!

The best community you will find in a coworking space
21.11.2018I spent two months at the hub and it was exactly what I was looking for. I had quickly looked around a few places around Thailand including Chiang Mai, but everything felt too professional, dark and lacking in the community that I was looking for. So I flew over to Hoi An specifically for the Hub and was immediately satisfied. The hub is a luscious, bright working space that makes you happy as soon as you step in, surrounded by tropical plants and a view of the rice paddies out front. The food is great and lunch is a really nice opportunity to get to know everyone. We also organized things to do in the evening like pub quiz, board game night, weekend trips etc. By the end of my time there I had made friends from all of them and am now traveling onwards with some fellow hubbers. As for Hoi An - it's beautiful, there's beaches (go to cua dai hidden beach for peace) and a fantastic selection of both asian and western food. Sarah, Chau, Will & Trieu - thank you so much for the hugs, for looking after me and for the food! P.s. While there are no personal lockers there is a cupboard that you can lock items away in.

Hub Hoi An
06.10.2018Loved my time at Hub Hoi An. Events, iced Vietnamese coffee, friendly and helpful people, a sofa to chill on in the garden... what more can you ask for? Coworker is telling me to write at least 59 more words, but I am a woman of few words at times. What else can be said... hmm... I loved riding my scooter from the city centre to The Hub in the mornings, as the quickest way was through the rice fields. Very tranquil. I need to write at least 14 more words. It's great that you get discounts at gyms and spas and stuff! K thx bye xxx

My favourite coworking space
25.09.2018Hub Hoi An was the reason we decided to stay in Hoi An rather than basing ourselves in Da Nang. I immediately felt at home in Sarah's lovely space and looked forward to going to 'work' every day. The community lunches are such a great touch - such a great opportunity to get to know fellow co-workers and the food is excellent! Chau also deserves a special mention for being a great host. I am so grateful to both Sarah and Chau for being so willing to assist me with anything I needed. Do yourself a favour and try out Hub Hoi An - you won't regret it!

Best co-working space in SE Asia, if not the world.
25.09.2018My partner and I stayed in Hoi An for three months and used Hub Hoi An for the whole duration of our stay. We're digital nomads who have checked out co-working spaces in Chiang Mai, Bali, South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, India, China, Malaysia, and Canada. Compared to all of these places, Hub Hoi An offers the following: - the best value for money - the most tranquil environment, - the cheapest country (Goa, India perhaps tied here) - the best food (by far) - the coolest setting - Hoi An! - access to pristine beaches nearby - and everything else that's great about Vietnam.... It also has the added bonus of being in a location that's up and coming and isn't too overrun by digital nomads. Solid 60MB up and down fibre internet, super helpful and chilled out staff. Can't fault anything really. Check it out! Bayka

A little Vietnamese Oasis
25.09.2018I have worked at the hub hoi an on and off as a graphic designer for the past 3 months and have really fell in love with the place. The location is perfect, with a relaxing rice field journey to and from work to clear your mind. The staff and atmosphere is great, with everyone being very friendly and approachable. When it comes to working, everybody is super focused on there projects and a lot of productive work gets done. Outside of this however, they do daily community lunches and weekly social activities so that you can get to know eachother, and it doesn't take long before everybody is hanging out outside of work! I really love it here and it is one of the main reasons I have stayed in Hoi An for so long! Long live the hub!

I'm hooked! Oasis of peace, amazing food & drinks, very helpful staff.
24.09.2018Hub HoiAn is hands down the best coworking spot in all of central Vietnam. An Oasis of peace and quiet, perfect for working totally focused, alone or as part of a team with like-minded coworkers. The space is beautifully designed with a lush green garden and several private rooms, naturally lending itself to study and work. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful, advising newcomers on local hotspots, tours and rentals - the Hub has a very comprehensive list of partners and knowledge about what's on offer locally. The chef cooks up delicious lunches for the members every day, including vegetarian and vegan options. A huge selection of snacks, treats and drinks is also available at very reasonable prices. Local and international artists adorn the walls. The wifi is one of the best in HoiAn, broadband suited for quick up- and downloads. Placing productivity at the top of the list, they have a printer/scanner and a projector on site for presentations. Owner Sarah takes special pride in building a real sense of community for her members with weekly activities and dinners, a support network that reaches far beyond the usual. Many members connect here to grow their business and exchange valuable know-how with others. I spent several weeks at the Hub before becoming a local in HoiAn myself and I still go there for work and the occasional lunch now. I made genuine friendships at the hub and cannot wait to see how it will further evolve in the future. Much love to Sarah and her team - thanks for bringing the coworking community closer together!

It’s easy, it’s beautiful, it’s great community, and I’m going back next month.
20.09.2018There are two indicators about a co-working place - how engaged you feel about the success of it and the people there, And how likely you are to go back. - you won’t find many reviews of hub Hoi an that don’t mention the community that Sarah & co manages to nurture. I find myself caring about the success of projects that other members are working on. - You can tell Sarah has put a lot of thought into what she wants to achieve here - from the packages through to the information available for people who are interested, to the different work spaces available. The lengths they go to to ensure your experience is enjoyable are outstanding. - the option to eat lunch together is refreshing change from some of the more industrial type co working spaces. It encourages people to share both what they’re up to, and what they have discovered in the area. - It’s a ridiculously easy lifestyle in Hoi An. Hub is outside of the tourist areas enough that you won’t go crazy, but close enough that it’s accessible when you want. It’s halfway between town and the beach, and I found myself in a routine between work, food, and beach.

Great place, great people
19.09.2018I love the Hub for many reasons: You always get a smile and a great welcome when you arrive, the space is devided up into veranda and front garden where everyone is welcome to drop in be they a member or not and I really like that about their ethos. Then there is a small quiet room, a meeting/workshop air conditioned room, a garden with comfy chairs, a dedicated workers glass house with AC and comfortable chairs and desks, speedy wifi and plugs etc. Then finally there is a large covered open air dining area for shared meals and community time. Sarah is an inspirational owner who aspires to run the very best in Coworking spaces and she is doing a great job. She was a digital nomad/traveller and she completely understands what travellers need and she makes sure she provides it from a clean space, friendly staff, help, social events and a great community spirit.

Vibrant and productive community in the rice fields
19.09.2018The Hub is my favourite coworkimg space in Hoi An. People are getting work done here - but also nurturing a lovely, welcoming community. The daily community lunches are delicious and a great way to meet other Hub members and expats. Great location in the quiet rice fields and only 5 mins into town or the beach. It’s particularly nice during wet season to sit in the greenhouse and listen to the rain. There’s lots of desk and space options available, both inside and out. Top marks for efficient aircon and fast WIFI too! Sarah and her staff have created a seamless coworking experience. Highly recommended!

At 'The Hub' You'll Find Food, Friends and Fun!
18.09.2018Admittedly, I am partial to Hub Hoi An because of the uber-relaxed atmosphere and incredible people that come to The Hub every single day. But, I can't go on enough about the value for the membership. The wifi is fast and the amenities are excellent. Also, the coffee is perfect and the food is affordable and delicious. One more thing worth mentioning, the minute you leave behind the main street of Hoi An and hit the rice fields that surround The Hub, pay attention to the fresh air, gorgeous views and cool breeze. I know that you won't be disappointed.

One of the most chilled and cozy coworking space in Asia!
18.09.2018The Hub is a beautiful coworking space overlooking a scenic expanse of rice paddies on the outskirts of Hoi An's Old Quarter. It's an incredibly productive environment to work in, and the community here is very strong with plenty on offer to make sure you have the best time here. Sarah (the owner) is an incredibly welcoming and friendly lady who is always making sure every member at The Hub feels content and on track with their projects and businesses, and the French chef creates some incredibly tasty lunches at a very affordable rate, which means you're free to stay focused on your work for the entire day. The co-working space is doing a lot to put Hoi An on the map within the global "digital nomad" community, and it's rapidly becoming one of the best co-working spaces in Southeast Asia. I'll definitely be visiting here again in the future!

Relaxed Community Feel Coworking in an Amazing Location
31.08.2018Hub Hoi An is large home thats been converted into a co-working location with a big air-conditioned glass house in the back yard amongst a garden. There is a meeting room, a quiet room, outside dining area and front cafe area. There is a local Vietnamese chef and they provide a community meal each day. Sarah, the founder, has placed a focus on creating a community. There are all the facilities, but there isn’t a commercial feel here like in other co-working locations ive been to which is refreshing! The price is a little more than other co-working locations but its worth it - cheap local accommodation and food will more than make up for it along with the great location, which is within a short bike ride to both old town and the beach.

22.08.2018I loved working from Hub Hoi An. Sarah and the staff do an amazing job at providing the perfect conditions to be productive and connect with others. 22.08.2018A little piece of paradise. Hoi An is an up and coming digital nomad spot and the founder, Sarah is ahead of the curve. Overlooking the rice fields, this co-working space is tranquil and poised for productivity. She has effortlessly set up a beautiful space to work and socialise. The relaxed atmosphere allows you to network with other digital nomads and meet like-minded people, all whilst getting your head down and keeping focused in one of their air-conditioned rooms. My favourite is the glass house, set in the luscious garden it's peaceful yet energetic. The community at The Hub is welcoming and allows you to unlock a real Vietnamese experience. They host early morning yoga sessions, gather members for quiz nights, enjoy volleyball on the beach, and weekly dinners together. The onsite cafe specialises in fusion Vietnamese food, offering community lunches every day to fuse bonds between members. If you're looking to perk up – as most of us are – their Vietnamese iced coffee is a crowd favourite. I haven't even left yet and I'm planning on coming back. It's my favourite co-working space by far. Sarah and the staff at Hub Hoi An make the place a joy to work at. They are so knowledgeable about the local area and often offer advise about banks, markets, motorbikes, etc. This makes adjusting to life in Vietnam almost seamless.

Cozy, Workspace Community Among the Farms
22.08.2018Hub Hoi An was my base for my month-long work-cation in April/May, and I stayed at accommodations nearby. As a workspace, it is both cozy and homelike, while also providing everything I wanted in an office. The management team is excellent, answering all questions, solving all problems, recommending the best places. The food and drinks are delicious, and the workers together provide for a great community. The location is fantastic -- in the midst of farms halfway between the entertainment of the town and the lazy beaches in the east. I can't wait for my next time working down in the rice fields!
Hub Hoi An responded to this review
Tyler, that is a great feedback and I have passed it to our team as well. Happy you liked the space and our community. Thanks for adding so much value in our community, it is exactly what brings this place to life - people like you. Have a good time and see you next time. Sarah

Wisher there was a higher rating than 5 stars!
07.08.2018I've just returned from 5 weeks in the amazing Hub Hoi An. What makes it amazing, you may ask? Well, it's brilliantly located, a few kilometres away from the hustle and bustle of the picturesque (but rather tourist-clogged) old town, in a small village surrounded by rice fields. You're only a few minutes by bike or scooter from the town, or from sunny An Bang beach in the opposite direction. Danang with its international airport is just an hour up the road. Secondly, the Hub is well equipped with desks in air-conditioned rooms, with good internet and everything you need to be productive - and that's what you want from a co-working space, right? Not to mention a lovely tropical garden to relax in. Accomodation? There are many homestays and villas available nearby to rent at a range of costs. And did I mention great Vietnamese food? Finally, there's the team. Sarah, Chau and the rest of the team, are super-friendly and helpful. There are great shared lunches and a bunch of after-work activities organised, so fun is balanced with work. If you want to get stuff done, and also have a life, you need to book yourself into Hub Hoi An. You won't regret it.

Philip, man... what shall I say? It was amazing having you here! We are waiting for your return and hope you have a great time in the meanwhile. Thank you for your great review, it means a lot to me. Greetings from the rest of the team. All the best, Sarah

Awesome co-working space
06.08.2018Surrounded by rice fields, Hub Hoi An is an oasis of calm. The staff are friendly and the facilities are great. Air-con throughout working areas, even in the glasshouse, which is pleasantly located in the beautiful back garden. The internet is reliable and is of adequate speed. If you need to take a break from your work, you can relax in the hammock out back, chat to others on the lobby sofa, or sit out front with a fantastic view of the rice fields. I spent two months in Hoi An, and felt welcome in Hub Hoi An from day one. Sarah and her staff and great and William in the kitchen makes a mean fresh fruit smoothie.

Eoghan, thank you so much for your words. I am very happy you had a great time here. All the best for you and your family! See you next time. Sarah

You'll want longer here than you think...
06.08.2018I've been working from the hub for over a year now. Hub Hoi An is a wonderful place to work and so much more than this... Sarah and all her staff are super lovely. There is an amazing supportive community around the hub that make working from here interesting and after working fun! The food is amazing!!! The people at the hub will tell you the secret best places to explore while you're in Hoi An. I've seen many co-workers arrive in Hoi An intending to stay for days and their experience from the hub has extended their stay in Hoi An for months. There are two types of people who come to the Hub - those that stay and those that return! I'm a stayer - Thank you to Sarah and all those that make Hub Hoi An AWESOME!!

Hidden gem in between an ancient city and the beach!
06.08.2018The Hub is located in a modern Vietnamese house with a large patio area and glass house outside. Lot's of quiet and/or A/C areas, a meeting room, great connectivity everywhere. Uplink speed is great and had no issues during my month there. Worst thing here is having to decide whether to sit in the garden, the shade or the cooler glasshouse - life can be hard ;) Lot's of extension cords with adapters for lot's of international plugs, but be careful when handling electricity (in general in Vietnam, not specific to the Hub). Sarah and her team are amazing, lot's of tips and always around for questions. The café has a great team of cooks and serves local and western cuisine, there's a daily lunch and breakfast, snacks and drinks all day. Prices are low, I would say slightly above average for the area, but keep in mind drinks are mostly international and imported, the food is tasty and fresh and it's all done with a lot of love. Coworking at the Hub is a very social experience, you'll be included in no time and make a lot of new friends. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!

Great time!
03.05.2018Hub Hoi An is a truly wonderful co-working space in the truest sense of the word where it's easy to be productive. Everything has been well thought out. Not only is there a very cute garden where it's fantastic to work in the late afternoon /early morning but there's also a glass house, a separate room for Skyping and meetings and a quiet room. The internet is fast and you have easy access to plugs. They also care about an ergonomic working environment and have some standing desks, external keyboards etc. The communal lunches, the event and the wall with pictures of current members create a community. Not to mention that both food and coffee are great and that the surrounding rice fields provide continuous inspiration and a necessary recharging of batteries after spending too much time bent over the computer. Then there are the activities such as the writer's group, Vietnamese classes, etc. The owner Sarah and community manager Chau are both fantastic managers who'll take care of any questions you might have and will help you out wherever they can. For me, the work conditions and focus that I found in the Hub, were conductive to my productivity and concentration. Workplaces for digital nomads just don't come a lot better than this.

Perfect location, cozy and friendly atmosphere
06.04.2018I’ve been working at Hub for one month and it has been a great experience. The location is perfect, quiet and beauty surrounded by rice fields. Sarah and all the people working there are very friendly. The atmosphere that Sarah has created with the space is lovely and very cozy. I appreciate also the activities organised to help the coworkers to meet each others such as lunch, cinema or pub quiz. I hope to come back soon and I recommend it to anyone who wants a good place to work, meet interesting people and enjoy the beauty of Hoi An.

My new favorite place!
06.04.2018After 1,5 years of travelling, Hoi an and Hub Hoi An especially is my new favorite place to be! Hub Hoi An has a great community vibe and the people there are amazing. Not to even mention the foods - each communal lunch for the three weeks I spent there were to die for. Lots of events to take part in or you can initiate your own, lots of board games and super caring and sweet owner and staff. Nice options for working outside, AC-d room with a garden view or the quiet area. I can't wait to go back!

Best coworking hub I've been to in 2 years of travelling
06.04.2018Let's face it, there aren't many coworking spaces to choose from in Hoi An. So to find this gem was fantastic. I immediately felt a good vibe from being there. The ABSOLUTE best thing is that they provide lunch for everyone, so you all come together at 1pm and sit and enjoy a meal together. No other coworking space I've been to has catered for people in this way, and it's so great because it means you actually make time to speak to others and make new friends. Everything else you could ask for - wifi, comfortable working space (I usually worked at the standing desk), air con, good coffee - it's all there. And it's in a lovely setting, with a chill-out space set outside with a lawn, trees and a hammock. I would say the price is just right for what you get here. If I was looking for a negative, I'd say the bathroom needs some work as the toilet often got blocked, meaning I mainly used the other toilet in the storage cupboard! 100% recommend this place.
Hub Hoi An responded to this review
Hey Dan, thank you so much for your review. You know what?? Wo got the toilet repaired and it is working now since 3 weeks without getting blocked one time! The handy man added an air-pipe which is neccessesary to keep the pressure in the flush working well for many usages per day. Sorry guys for the detailed response, but our toilet issue should be solved now. Dan, all the best for you and your family and we hope to see you back here one day. Enjoy, Sarah

Lovely place, very nice people and tasty food
05.04.2018One of the best coworking places I've been to. Hub Hoi An is a smaller place and that's what makes this place stand out. It's not too busy and one can get stuff done if you need to. But there is always something happening, from communal lunches to game nights. Sarah, the owner, and her staff make everyone feel welcome and all this together with the beautiful town of Hoi an, the rice paddies around and welcoming Vietnamese people make this place one of my favorites. If you're visiting Vietnam and looking for a place to work from, this place should be on your list.

Creative coworking space surrounded by rice paddies
12.03.2018I spent one week at the Hub Hoi An and I really enjoyed my time there. It's an amazing location for working and meeting interesting people. You can find lots of open spaces including a glass house and outdoor areas. Thanks to the staff for your hospitality, the amazing food and coffee :) Especially the community events are a great opportunity to meet new people. Sarah, the owner, is doing a great job there and I've never been before in a Coworking space with such an amazing community. I would definitely come back and also stay for a longer time.

12.03.2018This is really one of my favorite spots to work - of all times! The setting ist just breathtaking: quiet amongst rice paddies yet in easy reach of everything Hoi An has to offer. Beautiful ambience, yummy coffee and snacks, really lovely staff - ideal for working really focussed as well as connecting with people. The Hub has all a sucessful coworking space nneds - and a little extra on top. ;-) Back home since last week, I already miss the Hub. But communting from Munich would be a bit too much .... ;-) I can't recommend it warmly enough and will definitelly be back!

Peaceful welcoming friendly work space surrounded by the rice fields
24.02.2018I have visited 36 countries in the world while combining work and travel and had a chance to work from many different places. I can confidently say that Hub Hoi An is one of the best co-working spaces I have been to. The minute I walked in, I felt welcomed and as if I finally came home after a long trip. Internet was very fast and stable, perfect even for my online video conferences. One of the working rooms is overlooking the rice fields, such a calm and peaceful view. I also loved working from amazing glass house with a view at well kept tropical garden. Oh, and I could rarely resist the temptation to rest in that comfortable hammock in the middle of the garden ;) Separate meeting room was a perfect solution for noise free calls. Add to it delicious food cooked at the place specifically for every day communal lunches, good coffee, tea, juices, cakes and cookies and you'll understand why this place made me decide to stay there for a month instead of originally planned 1 week. The best part of the memories are the people though - such a nice, friendly and open owner of the place and great stuff that seemed like friends I knew for a long time. No wonder they built such a great community. Hub Hoi An is truly a special gem hidden in the midst of rice fields.

Amazing people and amazing co-working space !
13.02.2018That was my first time in a co-working space and now I think I'm spoiled !! Chau welcomed the two of us and gave us a tour to explain everything. In 2 minutes we felt like at home :) We found the Hub Hoi An very quiet and were able to focus much better than in all the coffees or restaurants where we had been before. The plus was definitively to join the community lunch and get to know everyone, as newbies in the digital nomad life it felt truly inspiring to meet the community :) Importantly the food at lunch was great and plentiful, coffees were perfect and their desserts amazing ! Too bad we could only stay for about one week, if we have the chance to come back to Vietnam we'll sure aim for Hoi An ! Thanks Sarah, Chau, William and everyone for welcoming us :)
Hub Hoi An responded to this review
Pauline, merci merci - thank you so much for your feedback and for your stay with us. We hope you enjoy the coworking community in other spaces and we're happy you liked the community lunches :-) All the best to you and happy travels! See you next time, hen gap lai. Sarah

Perfect, productive, charming
07.02.2018I cannot speak highly enough of this charming, productive workspace. Sarah and her staff will make your stay a perfectly productive one. Delicious food and cakes, a very calming atmosphere, perfect location and great people! I enjoyed the quiet space and various types of rooms. Also good community activities and suggestions. The location for me was great, overlooking rice paddies and being able to cycle there from my accommodation. Sarah and her team have done a great job and it is a truly welcoming and warm environment. I have visited a few coworking spaces and many are not my cup of tea, but this one is perfect. I will definitely be back!

One of the best co-working spaces!!!
29.01.2018Was here for almost a month and have to say that this was one of the best co working spaces I've been to. Everyone is really friendly, from staff to members. Internet is blazing fast (for SEA), food is great (loved the communal lunch everyday,). Surrounded by rice fields and close to the beach / old town, you can't go wrong with hub hoi an! It's one of the main reason why I'll be returning to Vietnam P.S. - Thank you Chau (manager of Hub hoi an) for helping me find a location to fix Macbook, a true life saver!!!

Vietnam's Nomad Home
21.01.2018Hub Hoi An is everything I like in a coworking space. Great Coffee, Consistent and fast wifi, and a great community. Sarah, Chau, and team do a fantastic job at making you feel right at home when you are at Hub. I spent 3 months in Vietnam and was only planning on staying 1 week in Hoi An. After my first day at Hub, I decided I was tired of short stays and it just felt right so I stayed for 6 weeks. Hub had a nice balance of spaces (quiet, talking, private, naptime/hammock in the garden) and a ton of super cool coworkers. The highlight of my day was lunch, I used to joke prior to going remote that "I live for lunch" but every day I loved sitting around the communal table with a delicious meal and getting to know everyone else at Hub better. As a Nomad, there are not a ton of places I feel like I MUST return but Hub is one of them. I can't wait to go back, it is one of those rare places traveling that I just felt at peace, at home.

Cozy Place for a Rainy Day in Hoi An
26.12.2017Very lovely staff and immediately greeted at the door. The space is very open and relaxing with a nice garden in the center. Well designed layout with everything you could need to work productively for a day. I live in Ho Chi Minh City and will definitely consider more mini-trips to Hoi An for a working holiday! WiFi is great, outlets everywhere, laptop stands, wireless mice, and everything you need to be productive. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, the location is a little bit out of the beaten track, but not more than a 5 minute Uber to get here. Must see!

Perfect co working spot
19.12.2017My girlfriend and I loved the hub Hoi An. The facilities are great, Wi-fi was super quick (even in a power cut as there was an emergency generator) and the staff were fantastic. The location is perfect. A lovely peaceful spot surrounded by rice paddies half way between old town Hoi An and the beach. You can ride to either in 10/15mins from the hub. There is a beautiful garden with a hammock and nice outdoor work spaces and standing desks. Great food every lunch time and proper coffee. The staff were so welcoming and there was a really friendly crowd of people working there. We spent an entire day there and then played board games and had a few drinks in the evening. We were working late one of the evening (past 7pm when the staff leave) and we got a set of keys to lock up with and could stay as late as needed. It really is a 24 hour co work space. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s beautiful, quiet, great Wi-fi and excellent staff. We even got great tips on tailoreally, bars, restaurents and spa from the staff.

Awesome community in an beautiful coworking space
28.11.2017For all of you digital nomad wanderers looking for a beautiful coastal town, full of culture and tradition, as well as good food and great coffee, topped by a comfortable and tasteful state of the art coworking space, with a community of like-minded people, be sure to spend a little time in Hoi An and get a membership at @hubhoian. Sarah has done an amazing job with both this beautiful space (an ac glass house, garden tables, meeting and quiet rooms), but also with attracting lots of cool people, to not only work with, but hang out at the various events that she organizes. I personally love the home cooked dinners!

Couldn't have asked for better space for finishing my project
03.11.2017This was my first time in a coworking space and i was blown away by the experience. The space is beautiful, even driving to Hub takes you past green rice fields. There are many zones to work in, my personal favourite; the glass house with an AC that makes you feel surrounded by nature yet insulated from it. They supply laptop stands, keyboards, mice and stationary. A highlight that i did not expect is the two chef team who prepare delicous lunches that are eaten communally with fellow workers. Thanks Sarah, Choe, Tinh and Bill!!

My kind of space
31.10.2017This is the type of coworking space I prefer the most. A place in quiet town, with the right amount of residents and proportion of short terms. Good community is created and everyone feels welcome. They have a nice cafeteria, really good food and coffee! The internet is extremely good as well. Would go there every time!

Fantastic coworking space
24.09.2017This was the best spot I found for co-working during my 3 months in SE Asia. The space is really nice, it's good for getting work done, and there is a great community feeling so it is easy to meet people (if you want to). You can order coffee and food, and they have community lunches. So you can go in the morning, get breakfast, and everything you need is right here for the whole day. While I was there it had only been opened a few months, and the owner was proactively working at improving the place and adding facilities. So for example while I was there they added a massive new air conditioned area. So I'm sure it will just keep getting better and better. Hoi An is a really nice place in itself. It's got everything you need but it's not too touristy like a lot of places in Asia. It's got a really good vibe to it. If you're in the are check it out.

Hey Charlie, thank you for your lovely review. We had a great time with you and hope to see you in Hoi An soon again! All the best for you! /Sarah

Nice but...
15.09.2017Nice rice paddies around - but you can't see them from the inside. Air condition - but only in a small room. Nice garden - but without air con and cozy seating areas. It's a nice place and fine to meet other coworkers. My main problem was that I found a lot of other oportunities to work (especially a bunch of restaurants and coffee bars close to the beach or the river) that I found nicer, cheaper and more confortable to work at so I prefered these options. But I guess depending on what you're looking for this place can be great.
Hub Hoi An responded to this review
Hey Kontor Huset, thanks for your review. We're sorry that you couldn't enjoy our glass house with 360° Garden View incl. A/C or one of our 2 inside rooms incl. A/C as well. We have a cozy sofa set in our garden and a hammock, acutally good facilities to feel comfortable. Our outside chairs are available with two different cushions, thin and thick material to make our coworkers happy during a long work day. But we're very happy that you have found some other and better places to go in Hoi An and we hope you had a good time. All the best. /Sarah

Beautiful and tranquil spot in Hoi An for working
23.08.2017Hub Hoi An is located in tranquil Cam Chau. It has stunning views of the rice paddies. Inside, the owner Sarah and her staff are so sweet. Coffee service at its best
21.08.2017This is the "go to" place in Hoi An. Upon arriving, I was quickly working with with low latency, high up/down speeds. This spot offered caffeine drinks right at your desk! Didn't event have to get off my chair to infuse with caffeine. This a great place to work and I felt the sense of community on the first day. The power went out in Hoi An one day, but I was still able to access the fast internet there since they had back-up batteries. Impressive. Area is quiet and provided a great place to work and meet new people. You can work inside or outside in the mini atrium. Nice balance.

21.08.2017We stayed in Hoi An for a week and needed a reliable place to work from. This place was just what we were looking for. It's setup with everything you need. Wifi is super fast and reliable, drinks and food available as you need it. Delicious and social community lunches so you can have local cooked meal and chat with fellow coworkers. The owner Sarah and her staff are very friendly and hospitable. A great new co-working space overlooking rice fields in Hoi An
16.06.2017Beautiful, peaceful setting. Plenty of desk space and some spare accessory equipment if you forget your mouse or keyboard. They even let you borrow laptop stands which was a great touch. Staff were super friendly and I felt at home in Hoi An after just a few days. Highly recommend.

Great overall experience- nice place to work, friendly staff, fast wifi
15.06.2017I arrived in Hoi An just when the Hub was opening up, which was super lucky. It is a great little coworking space; small as it is, The Hub is never fully packed, so you have plenty of options for working. My only negative is the hours: they closed at 7, which made it a bit difficult as I generally started working around 3-4. Otherwise it is a great place- fast wifi, friendly staff, and the beloved Hubby, the dog. I'll be back someday!

Great coworking space- fast internet, friendly staff, good place to get work done
15.06.2017I was so lucky The Hub opened up just after I arrived in Hoi An. Although it is a small coworking space, it's definitely the best option for digital nomads living in Hoi An. My only negative remark are the hours- they closed at 7 when I was there, and since I started work around 3-4, getting solid work done was a bit difficult. But overall it was a great place, full of friendly people and the lovable Hubby, the dog.

Excellent views, lovely people, golden silence and fast internet
14.06.2017I arrived recently after Hub opened yet thought it had been running for years. The environment is almost perfect: quiet, has peaceful views of the rice paddies, has a lush and well tended garden, and plenty of desks and sitting options. The staff is accommodating. I wanted a standing desk in the shade and they pulled one into the garden just for me. Love the place. I recommend.

04.05.2017I loved my time working out of Hub Hoi An and I highly recommend Hoi An as a nomad hub. Away from the chaos of the big cities in a peaceful setting among the rice paddies, you really can't beat it. Hub Hoi An puts on some great networking events to get to know the community. Was so sad to leave Hoi An and this coworking community.

Great coworking space in Hoi An!
29.04.2017Great coworking space in Hoi An! It's close to town and next to rice paddies. It feels very spacious and quiet. Apart from the open area, they also have an aircon room for those extra hot days. WiFi is strong and the desks and chairs are decent. They also organise community events quite regularly. I do normally prefer working in cafes, but I felt so welcome and comfortable here that I kept coming back.

Thank you Jose and congratulations to your laundry lan launch. All the best from the Hub Hoi An team. Sarah

Tranquil space at beautiful rice paddies
29.04.2017Absolutely love the Hub, first and foremost for it's location and the way it looks -- lots of greenery, dark wood, and air. It's a peaceful place with a productive and creative atmosphere, I feel relaxed and nicely concentrated there. And the people -- love the owner, and met a lot of cool people there with whom we became friends.) So in a way it's not just the Hub but also a community and it's nice to be part of it.)

Thank you Katrina, you're an inspiring designer and you made our empty walls look like an art gallery. Thank you and all the best for you. Sarah

More than a coworking space :D
24.04.2017I've been in Hoi An for over 2 months and Hub Hoi An has become more than a place to work. The owners, Sarah and Daniel are a lovely couple working with enthusiasm to bring up new ideas to engage and create community within the Digital Nomad scene. The space is well equipped, they have a silent room with AirCon (much needed in hot season) and a beautiful and inspiring garden! the atmosphere is quiet and friendly, everyone working here is always ready to help with anything you need. Also serve awesome cakes, smoothies, coffee and yummy food. It feels like family here :D

Thanks Irina, the Hub Hoi An team wishes you all the best with your wonderful and colorful pitaya yoga pants business. It was fun having you around. All the best. Sarah

Very peaceful space, no music and fastest WiFi in Hoi An!
12.04.2017I had always said that Hoi An would be perfect for a tropical coworking space and now Sarah has built it. This beautiful town is rapidly becoming a digital nomad hotspot. The in-house French chef Jean makes fantastic food and they have proper Italian coffee. Da Nang airport 45 mins away has a new international terminal so it's very easy to get here. Check out Nomad Yoga also - just a short bicycle ride from Hub.
