Great place to get work done.

Fast Internet. They have drinks to purchase, which was very convenient. On the street, there are a few restaurants. Make sure you go at lunch time because the restaurants close around 2pm. The biggest negative to this space is that there is no air conditioning. Shade, fans, and cold drinks help to keep you cool if you enjoy the tropical Vietnamese climate. Overall I will go back next time I am in Ho Chi Minh/ Saigon
