Coworking Space: Moonwork Coworking Space in Hanoi

I went there after booking a tour through coworker to discover that unfortunately the place has become an office rental place and since 29th of March 2019 is not open to individual customers anymore. They did open another branch called iHouse Coworking Space at 5km from this location though.

When working at Moonwork, I found a lot of amazing and inspiring people who were so so so much friendly and kind. I'd love that environtment, that essence,, that green and cute plant and so so on. Staff are so helpful and kind and cute (they are always happy to suppport to everyone, especially Huong, who has shifts on every weekend, makes me so impressive ). I've been worked at Moonwork for 2 years and it's really become the second home to me. I highly recomment to anyone who wants to work at green and tranquill place, not so busy.

As a freelancer I have worked at home, coffeeshops, and other co-working spaces. I must say that the friendly atmosphere at Moonwork Hanoi is something you cannot easily find. For a freelancer, it's office-y enough to make you work hard yet at the same time it's homey enough to make it relaxing. I get tons of work done here than at any coffee shops (loud, uncomfortable seatings...) or home. The staff are lovely and helpful I feel like they're my siblings. Plus the great free coffee and the owner's wonderful bookshelf are why I even come here whenever I need to unwind.

The staff was really nice, and space is quiet with some good music in the background. Great to get stuff done. They also have another room with more tables where there is no music and it's super quiet. The internet was mostly good but sometimes would get slow. There was always free coffee and green tea available, however, you could order barista coffee, matcha latte, sandwiches, etc from the coffee shop on the first floor and they will bring it to you. Overall a very positive experience. I went there for a day and stayed for 6 days. Totally recommend it. Enjoy.

I worked at Moonwork Coworking Space for one month and enjoyed it a lot. The people at Moonwork try to give you an unforgettable (work) experience and provide you with anything you need. You can test out the office for the first day before you decide, to stay for a longer period. The Wi-Fi is stable and there are some ethernet cables to completely remove any lag. You can order lunch or walk in the neighbourhood to get some, it was all very tasty. Coffee and tea are always available and sometime some sweets/fruits :) I even got invited for a party during Tet's Holiday, try locally made rice wine and eat traditional food, which really were amazing experiences. I would recommend Moonwork Coworking Space to everybody visiting or living in Hanoi.

I enjoyed moonwork! It's not like other coworking spaces that I've been to, but their doing a great job in promoting this setup in Vietnam. Wi-Fi is not that good in Hanoi overall, so being there helped a lot, especially with my Skype meetings. The passes are also very cheap.

Its a very cool space, Wifi and other facilities are all good. It is located right in the city center so its very convenient to travel around the city especially if your job requires u to. The staff was really nice and enthusiastic, they walked me through everything I need to know in the beginning and supported me throughout. I also got to meet some interesting people from different background and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend this place for people looking for not only a place to sit down and work but also a community. I think the two words that can describe this place the best are 'warm' and 'cozy'. Have a try and ur gonna love it :)

I have been welcomed by Moonwork's friendly staffs for the first time I went here. This really inspiring me. We aren't customer and staff anymore. We become a family. Every day, i go to this space, enjoy the morning coffee and work easier. Sometimes, i am invited to participate in out-side activities. This is so intersting! If you want to find which place provide you the comfort for every work-day, come here and join in our family :)))

Great ambience, green and cozy space with friendly staff and very nice coworkers. Located at central Hanoi, just a couple steps from Hanoi Flag Tower and very near the Old Quarter.
