Coworking Space: IOT coworking space in Da Nang

Nice place to get work done. Of course there are plenty of cafe's in Da Nang you could work from, but you will be more productive in IOT. Comfortable chairs and desks, the wifi is really fast, meeting room available. Not much of a community as far as I've experienced. But IOT staff is very helpfull.

IOT coworking space is a good spot to put your head down and get work done. Workspaces are spacious and bright with very comfortable chairs, and the high speed internet. The free coffee and tea was a nice as well.

Wifi was good with 74Mbps down and 91Mbps up, Ping 3ms. Building easy to find (it's written in big IOT on top of it). Nice people welcoming you. Cost is 1.5USD for half day session (35k VND). It was not busy. I did not notice any meeting room for private or very quiet calls but it might be there. Water and coffee available. There was one expat there who says he's been there for close to a year, he locks up his computer and accessories overnight in a locker. Quiet place when I visited. You can see the whole space on the banner picture. Doesn't seem to be a place to meet other nomads and quickly make friends.

Great Coworking space in central Da Nang. Big space with several private rooms to rent and super fast wifi, good coffee, comfy chairs, lots of power sockets and AC. I always find myself being really productive in the IOT coworking space with little distractions apart from occasionally watching busy streets below. Convenient parking and friendly reception staff also make this a very pleasant experience and there's also a great selection of food available close to the space. I would definitely recommend IOT co-working space to anyone who wants to get some hard work done with good wifi and no distractions.

The good: IOT coworking space is a good spot to put your head down and get work done. Workspaces are spacious and bright with very comfortable chairs, and the internet speeds were the best I've seen in Danang. I was getting around 20mbps download and a shocking 50mbps upload speed. The free coffee and tea was a nice as well. The bad: The location of IOT isn't ideal if you're commuting from the My An area, and the neighborhood is fairly busy and not entirely scenic, but there's lots of good local food in the area. Additionally, it's a little disappointing that paying for an entire day of work is the only possibility; it would be nice to be able to pay by the hour. Overall, I'd highly recommend IOT if you have a full day of work ahead of you and you need a space to focus all day. However, if you want a casual coworking space that you can pop into for an hour or two for a conference call or something like that, this probably isn't the best place for you.
