Hi Florian, first of all we're really sorry as you had bad experience working at Enouvo Space. We really appriciate your feedback, however we need to clear the things as following: Firstly, our opening hour is from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM, you'll have to pay another price if you want 24/7 access (as we sent an email with price quotation for you before) so probably we had miscommunicated each other about this issue. Other customers working here have to leave at 7:00 PM if they register for Hourly package as we can't manage as well as receive the payment out of business hours, we're sorry if we had made you misunderstand about this. About the coffee, yet we both have instant coffee (coffee bag) and coffee shop at 1st Floor with discounted price for co-working space member so you can choose between these two which depends on your demand, the brand of the coffee is quite famous and qualified so we don’t think it’s cheap as you said. The customers also love it so we’re sorry if it make you unsatisfied. And about the meeting room, we’re literally sorry for having interrupting your call, it’s private room and not co-working space so if you have demand on using it, you need to notify us then we would arrange the room for you, in case someone already booked it. Also, we always ask the customers if they want to scroll up the certains or turn on the light but they don’t need it because it’s hard to look into the screen, because this is co-working environment so we hope you can understand for us, we should have checked the light more often. Besides, with the problems in the toilet, it was our fault not to check the toilet regularly meanwhile too many people were using it. We’ll regard this as an experience and take care to our service better day by day.
