Definitely recommended
If you're looking for a place to work while you're in Da Nang you should definitely check it out.
Nice place. Good location.
Friendly and very helpful staff.
Best co-working space in Da Nang.
Best place to get work done in Da Nang. I tried working from coffee shops, some other co-working spaces as well, but in Enouvo I was by far the most productive. There is a great work atmosphere in the working rooms, which gives lots of motivation to work. Apart from that, the staff is great, friendly and will always make sure to help you whenever needed. Highly recommend this place if you wanna work hard in a nice environment.
Clean, quiet, and friendly space for serious work
I have tried most coworking places in Danang and Enouvo has the best facilities for the price. Clean and modern. The staff speaks good English and very friendly to any foreigners. Highly recommend Enouvo!
Coworking & Coliving space Life
I looked for place to live and study and I chose here.
Overall : modern building
Location : there is a modern big mart, river, and sea.
Amenities : parking space, coffee shop, small gym, terrace, laundry machine
Room : fans are noisy, some people dislike the noise
Environment : relatively silent in danang
Staff are young, willing to learn, and friendly.
Not 24/7 and not that professional
Pro's: good ergonomic chairs, internet seems strong enough, cafe gave me cutlery so I could eat food that I ordered outside
Cons: They falsely claim here it's a 24/7 space, but they close down at 7pm. Asked about working at night, they made me pay twice the day price (seemed really arbitrary and other staff didn't know about this), just so the security guard - who is there anyway - would let me work. I really dislike businesses making false claims.
There's other things about this space that show they don't understand their target audience. They claim to have free instant coffee, but that, too is false. They have this cheap instant coffee *drink* (sugar-creamer-coffee), which is super unhealthy.
Staff interrupted me during a call to explain meeting room rules and kept talking over me even after I told her I needed to return to the call. Super super unprofessional.
The urinal is semi-broken, which is probably why there was urine on the toilet seat. Up next, tiny and therefore already soaking wet towels next to the sink.. it's all just not very professional.
Both times I was there the coworking space was very dark due to let down blinds. Probably in the mornings there's too much sunshine. Nobody complained when I put the blinds up though :).
Recommendation to the manager: pay attention to detail. Prioritize customer satisfaction over any house rules that aren't quientessential to your bottom line. Start asking *every* client for feedback. And if they give you unsolicited feedback, don't explain to them why you can't do it, but think about how you can make it happen. Your space has potential to thrive. Totally willing to change my rating, I've seen various spaces turn around.
