At Matrix you'll hear the saying it's got the comfort of working from home... but without the distractions of working from home which honestly I think is quite accurate. It's a large cozy space on the westside of Madison away from the distractions you could find in the Downtown part of the city but still close enough to the malls, grocery stores, etc. They have a whole range of facilities ranging from your traditional communal coworking area and private offices, to music and sounds recording rooms, as well as a yoga studio. They have a great community management team that really make you feel welcome and I always look forward to the social activity of the day. And to top it all off, they have partnered with Horizon Coworking in Downtown Madison and for a group membership you can use both spaces whenever you like, and never miss the summer festivities the city has to offer!

Matrix Coworking is a really cool blend of tech, art and freelancer vibes. They've got private offices and open coworking space, but they also have a music studio, yoga/exercise room and really comfy lounge areas that feel like a club house more than an office. I love getting work done here - meeting members through the events and feeling like part of a fun, relaxed yet productive community!

This is a great space with great people. Very friendly and welcoming people here but more importantly there are great events here. I certainly like the art events and get to look at the first painting I've ever done every day because it is now complete and hanging on my wall. Thanks Sara! The space is incredibly diverse. The options of what can be done there make my head spin a bit.

An overall well balanced facility that houses many people within the Madison community and surrounding areas. Specifically designed for companies on the go. The rental rates per room are extremely reasonable. The Matrix is beyond anything of its kind and worth the time, travel and cost.

I work out of this space regularly and it is a pleasure coming in contact with such a diverse array of people from different backgrounds. It is my home away from home where I don't have to separate personal and professional life. There is a great community for creative entrepreneurs to feel supported and support each other. It is super uplifting to be around such a quality community.

Matrix is a very welcoming and community centric place. The large space available to show artwork is fantastic for an artist because so many people filter through to use the coworking space. Being an artist member is also useful because of all the collaborative work possibilities.

As an artist, the coworking space is fantastic! I get to have my art shown in the lovely space for all visitors to see and possibly buy. I also have the opportunity to collaborate with other local artists and business people.

The open space makes one feel comfortable at work or while visiting. The fact that the building doesn't look like an office space creates a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere for coworkers and customers.

I enjoy attending creative events and drop in meetings here. It's convenient to the west side of town, and works to help engage the community. As an artist, I enjoy being able to come to a place that allows me to work outside of my home studio!

I've been here for a few months and never tried a coworking space back home, but after seeing Matrix, I'm definitely going to check out Austrian coworking to compare. Matrix is a great place, feels very welcoming and comfortable.

Kelly was an excellent instructor incorporating meditation and yoga into the time. Plenty of room and the she set up the room zen and warm.

From the moment we walked in we saw that there was plenty of space. Along with plenty of rooms for different needs and uses. Not stuffy but inviting to hang out. Conference room, small meeting rooms for breakouts. Price is affordable to have that additional office. I see a lot of potential for workshops, events, and training in this building.

We were very satisfied and Tiffanie went out of her way to meet our special needs. She tried to accommodate us whenever possible.

What a warm environment for productive, creative work!. The positive vibe from others around you can't help but get your creative juices flowing. I LOVE all of the space - three different levels with so many places to either keep it close with yourself or have enough space to collaborate with your special community. Work never feels like "work" when you are here.

When I first connected with Matrix, the community coworking was at an unprecedented rate of FREE! Who can beat that? I quickly grew fond of Tiffanie and we've since become business partners in a few domains. Despite not being in the center of the city, Matrix hosts the tightest of the co-working communities in Madison and many events that provide innumerable value and opportunities to learn and connect.

Matrix offers a convenient location on the west side of Madison, Wisconsin. As one with a home based business it allows me to get out of the house and collaborate with others, bounce off ideas, and because of my rural location, Matrix allows me to accommodate clients who may otherwise not be able to access my services, some of which are mobile. The meeting rooms are also excellent to provide workshops.

Thanks to the co-workers and great building space, I'm continually able to create a great atmosphere for my artistic and musical endeavors. That, and multiple artists and studio production professionals on site, have helped bring ease to the fruition of my compositions. Many more to follow!

Matrix Coworking has been a wonderful place and fantastic space for me to engage in meaningful collaborative relationships with fellow entrepreneurs and business owners, both experienced and start-ups! This space is so much more than simply a coworking/office space. There are always opportunities to take different classes and really learn and be part of the community. Come to check out the vast array of art which is always on display and constantly rotating, stay to chat with the friends you are sure to make.

I have done the health and wellness Summit Fair twice and work with co-workers in a large room to get things done. Sometimes when I'm working at home it's too isolating for me and when I go there the energy is terrific and I feel like I get a lot done.

Matrix lives up to its name because when you are in there it feels like an endless array of people, events and things going on under one roof which then inspires you to do "your thing."

Observing at first glance the room to work on my drawings made me feel very open and energetic, leaving me with a positive experience I defiantly would see myself returning to.

Was out of town and usually go to Regus offices, but I stumbled upon this and thought I should try it out - my clients loved it and it was a professional atmosphere without the stuffy corporate feel. Defiantly coming back when I'm in town!!

I visited this space and was really impressed with the location. I like that it is on the west side of town, but only a few minutes away from the beltline and not too far from downtown. There is a wide variety of rental spaces from a single room with a desk, to an upscale room with a fireplace, to a large boardroom complete with almost everything one would need. The list goes on and on. I've been in these spaces to use them personally, and have also seen them transformed into beautiful rooms for formal events. I must also admit that I was quite shy at first, but after my first visit, people reached out to me to find out more about what I was doing, if they could be of assistance, and even gave me a few names of people I should connect with. I've not had that experience at other co-working spaces. I highly recommend Matrix for anyone who is into co-working or would like to host an event at a truly eclectic space.

Tiffanie and crew at Matrix instantly made me feel comfortable and accepted within the space. The variety of ventures and activities happening within the space are also different and a great fit for what was missing in the Madison coworking scene.

The art upon the walls is to die for and really celebrates an environment that appreciates art and space sharing. The yoga studio in the lowest portion of the building is a great space to move around in.

I Love the concept of what Tiffanie has created here - giving so many people opportunities that they otherwise would not have. And so affordable! Highly recommend it!

When I first visited Matrix Coworking it was because I was looking for a new coworking space to work from that had parking on site and more than just techies inside. I instantly felt at home and part of the community at Matrix! Tiffanie and crew did a great job at introducing me to the space, making feel like I was part of established community, and helped with easing fears that I had from my past experience at other coworking spaces.

When Tiffanie, the owner, gave me a tour of Matrix, I was truly stunned by all of the amenities of the three-floor space Offices/conference room/yoga space/recording studio, etc? Room rentals for meetings and appointments? On a bustling street, yet with farm fields as a backyard? AND all sorts of cool people working together? Amazing!

This is the most comfortable and collaborative coworking space I've used. At the same time the space is professional and I'm proud to meet clients there. One of my favorite aspects of this space is the artist space and art work from Matrix collaborators. Although I'm not an article that, that piece really enhances the experience for myself and my clients.

Matrix blends many valuable aspects that young and growing businesses need to thrive. From excellent physical space (unique building, not your white box) to people willing to help succeed, this is a solid co-working space. The owner-manager is more dedicated to co-working and Entreprenuership then you'll find virtually anywhere. This makes for a nice recipe for budding Treps and small business owners.

Matrix is a different sort of coworking space...it's eclectic, warm, and welcoming. While it may not be the best place for the stuffy office type, it's a perfect home (office) away from home for the creative, artistic, and holistic. Not that you have to be, all are welcome, but if you think "outside the box," you'll definitely feel right at home.

No need to drive downtown or feel like you're a burden at the local coffee shop.

The owner and staff were flexible upon the first meeting, and it only got better from there. I found the whole feel of Matrix both refreshing and invigorating, no excuse not to get the work done. I liked it so much professionally, I rented there lower level space for multiple events and uses. I say thanks to the owner for being willing to hear any suggestions, and to the coworkers for their inspiration and kindness.

Matrix is a great place to work for all kinds of people! A lot of folks here are independent business-owners & consultants, and some of us work remotely for businesses/organizations based elsewhere. I love being able to feel connected to a community of entrepreneurs, even while working from "home" in the eyes of the organization I work for. The offices are sunny & offer a productive environment.
