Future tenants beware!!! There is NOTHING luxurious about this place. You will hear everything your neighbors do above you (i.e. cleaning, walking around, coming in from the bar, having sex at all hours of the night) you will hear it all. Not to mention you will get to enjoy all the drunkards leaving the bar, blowing their train horns as they leave. Every single person with a crappy muffler will let you know when they arrive because they turn the parking garage into Daytona 500 (you WILL NOT be able to sleep before 2am). When I first moved in, my washing machine was destroying my clothes. When I told them that I needed a new washing machine they told me it was on backorder and after 2 months of not receiving a new one I called Lowe’s with the model number and they told me that they had had that model sitting on the floor for months! I had to raise hell (which no one should have to do) to finally get a new one installed. They did this kicking and screaming the entire way and did everything in their power to make it as uncomfortable for me as possible. I personally have had my vehicle broken into ( I had to pull a gun on the guys trying to steal my truck the first time). Then, about 3 months later they came back and STOLE my truck! (I'm literally writing this because they just stole it this evening). When I sent the police report to RPM (Roscoe Property Management), after the first break-in, expressing to them that I would like to terminate my lease due to the fact that after multiple break-ins in the garage and zero security, I no longer feel safe living here. The people who work at the front desk told me that as soon as I submitted the document my lease would be terminated. Seeing as how I needed time to find a new place to live, I thought they would honor that and allow me to submit that paperwork upon finding a new residence. When I finally found a safe place to move to and submitted the paperwork (with the police case file attached) they told me that I took too long and that I would need to submit a written 60-day notice before they would terminate my lease because THEY "needed time to market my unit"... are you kidding me?!! I literally sent the termination letter stating that I'm terminating my lease on the very day that my original paperwork stated my lease would be over. Since this didn't give RPM enough time to market my unit, they ultimately extended my lease which cost me an additional $6,000.00 dollars! These people do not give a crap about you or your safety. Had they honored my termination of lease the first time, I wouldn't be sitting here looking at an empty parking space where my expensive truck used to be. I'm literally two days away from moving out of this garbage dump and now I have to deal with this. So now on top of having to pack and get ready for my move tomorrow, I also have to go find a rental and deal with trying to recover my truck (which I'm sure is probably in pieces, on its way to Mexico right now). DO NOT let anyone convince you that this is a safe place to live. RPM is the worst property management company I have ever dealt with, and I will NEVER, EVER move into another unit that is managed by them. I already know that someone at RPM will respond to this trying to mitigate the damage but it's too late for that. DO NOT let them convince you that they have your best interest at heart, they don't. I am uploading both of my police case files to this review so that RPM has zero ground to stand on in their defense. It is inexcusable, the lack of care that RPM exudes in regard to the safety of their tenants. You are an expendable asset to them, and they are more than happy to take your hard-earned money, even at the cost of your own safety/life.

Everyone is always super welcoming & conversational. The atmosphere is very positive and inviting to anyone that comes in. There are some great places located around the area to shop/eat at which makes the over all experience even better!

The space is located in the LaCenterra shopping center which makes for a great atmosphere with this many shops and restaurants so close by.
