Customer Service sucks....

You would think Regus is to cater small business. I had booked a conference for our corporate meeting based past good experience of meetings in other cities , however when I went to check out the meeting before actual date , front desk representative was very arrogant , made me sit there and wait 20 minutes so that she can finish her stuff on her computer , talk about customer service ... In addition she was not at all friendly to show the room even if it was emplty. Regus can kiss good bye to my biz for future...

Just a short drive to restaurants and shops, the iconic Barton Springs Pool, and the Austin Nature & Science Center. Great views from window offices, lots of space within the center and good sized offices. Get café style coffee beverages from the awesome fresh bean Keurig coffee maker. Professional atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful and clean building. Perfect place to work.
