I office out at Zeal and I honestly can't imagine a better place for me as a new entrepreneur. I am just under 2 years in my business and as I grow my team, I quickly learned that although I did not need a "store front" space, I needed space for my team and I to collaborate and better communicate, strategize and work together. Zeal has been a perfect fit for us and I can't imagine being anywhere else! From the meeting rooms, on-site gym to the overall atmosphere of being surrounded by other like-minded folks, Zeal is truly meeting our expectations and then some!

I was a tenant at Zeal when I first moved to town in 2004 and joined Meta Payment Systems. At that time Zeal provided us with a flexible space where we could grow the business that now has grown to be a significant employer in Sioux Falls and beyond. Since leaving Meta in 2016, I have been working from Zeal as I start my latest venture. Zeal provides a great environment that allows for the privacy when I need it and the collaboration relationships that are important as well. I've been an affiliate member for several months. Zeal provides an excellent collaborative atmosphere as well as private offices! Zeal is conveniently located on the Southeast Technical University campus which is easily accessed from Interstate I-29 and also gives easy access to downtown Sioux Falls. The members in especially the entrepreneurs and startups are always are always willing the lend a hand if you need. I'm also a big fan of their Flyboys Jamaican Me Crazy Coffee! I highly recommend Zeal to anybody that is looking for a co-working space in Sioux Falls. I give it 5 out of 5 stars!
