If you are thinking about signing a lease with this co-working space, my suggestion is that you DON'T. The only reason I wanted to use a co-working space was so that I could interact with other young professionals, instead of just sitting at my desk because I WFH. The thing is, there are very few people who actually use this location. Additionally, when you sign a lease with this company, there is no way of getting out of it, even if you lose your job and can't pay, or are no longer in need of the space. They don't allow you to even transfer or sublease, meaning you will be stuck paying the full amount even if you don't use the space at all. To top it all off, if you are even slightly late paying your monthly rent, they slap you with a 60+ dollar fee. These people are heartless money sucking vampires. Learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

I love it here! One of my jobs is a remote position. With a very clingy cat who likes to nap on my laptop, and a boyfriend who has been working from home for the last year and is going stir crazy, it's nice to have a place to focus. I feel that the windows and glass in the private offices really make things feel open. The downstairs co-working/cafe area is a comfortable place to hide and focus on work. I recommend the pink cushioned cubicles. They are deceptively comfy, and even though they are in the middle of everything you feel secluded sitting in them. Outlets are conveniently located near them, so it's easy to plug in my laptop when needed. There are also areas where you can mingle if you start to feel like hermit. The members that I have met are nice. It will be great to get to know everyone better when the social and networking events start up. I hear it's soon!

The location is prime, atmosphere is business casual, open floor plan with communal areas, but with private spaces when needed. Very cool place to work for the day, the afternoon/morning, or everyday. After working from home during the pandemic, this SPACES One Oxford is just the location/ thing to get back in the swing of things.
