Share a private office (alternate days than me) in an enclosed, locked, furnished, quiet and sunny office with a beautiful view of the skyline. Secure building in the heart of downtown. The office is available to you Monday-Friday.

You will always be in the office alone! It is "shared", but we will not be there on the same days. Brand new Nespresso coffee maker & small refrigerator (also brand new) are located in the office for use. Internet is included. Tiny but mighty bluetooth speaker for podcasts/music listening. Desk with large stuffed chair - small couch and side chair also in the office, as well as a brand new ring light. If you'd prefer to bring your own chair to use instead of mine that is totally fine. You can obviously leave it in the office.

Prominent exposure to many activities in downtown Columbus. Fab area; walking distance to multiple restaurants, stores, bars and a Starbucks. Close to the Scioto Mile for walking, the statehouse, the LeVeque Tower, the river, etc. City rental bikes are located directly in front of the office building. Multiple bus stops are in the immediate area.

Looking for someone to share my office - the availability for YOU would be 5 days/week (Mon-Fri). You will get the majority of office time. as I will take the weekend when you are not there. Security deposit of one month rent with a 6-month minimum commitment is required. The time can possibly be extended. $425 a MONTH :)

Tons of parking is available in the immediate area and is NOT INCLUDED in rent. There is a parking lot 50 feet from the building, a garage on the corner, and multiple parking meters located everywhere (which is what I typically use - there is also a phone app to make parking payment easy). NOTE: A few decorative items have been added to the office, the floor lamp was replaced with a different style, and a few items have been hung up. Serious inquiries only.
