This newly renovated space has 5944 sq ft of shared office suite on 2nd floor with 22 private offices, 2 micro-offices (semi-private locking starter offices) and 3 designated desks. Drop-in area includes a bar height table that seats 4 and two study carrels. A large meeting room with modular tables enabling a variety of configurations (classroom seats 16, boardroom seats 14, town hall 25-40) equipped with conference phone, large whiteboard, flip chart, projector & large projection screen. The small conference room seats 6, equipped with conference phone, large whiteboard, flip chart and 55” TV for presentations.

This space has a community kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and dishwasher; also a snack and drink market. This office also offers filtered water and ice and premium coffee/tea/hot cocoa service.
