We had a rough time at the Yard Flatiron North. While we were there the air conditioning was broken multiple times, as was the elevator. In addition, they allow companies to run public facing businesses out their space, so anyone can just be wandering around the space unattended. Lastly, all of the doors are unlocked during business hours so anyone from the street can just come up to each floor and use the bathroom or kitchen. Women at front desk were nice, but lack of investment and systems meant the overall experience was pretty bad.

I have the best experience with this place and everything is very perfect, corporative and also the main thing is the environment that is very interesting. I have worked for the best assignment writing services in this place so this is my personal experience.

I love coming to work here- my space is beautiful, there is exactly the right kind of buzz in the space, and I can always get my work done. Community managers are always available and have always made my comfort their top priority. Coffee is great, place is always clean, and the community is friendly. They don't have a private jet to take me 10 blocks to the space every day, but I guess you can't have everything- I love it!

Nice co-working space in Flatiron.

I started working at this location from the time space opened. It is a great location and we rented a corner office on the 4th floor with amazing view of the 5th av and 28th street. Girls who manage the space are great and all the time they provide for us interesting activities such as tickets for sturtup events, free lunch in the lobby or relaxing massages. The office my company rents is great for my team and i simply love to work here.
