The spaces are ok, similar to wework. Community aspects (events, etc) are not as good as wework, but not terrible. However, they steal people's security deposits and charge you for extra months after canceling, even when the space is closed. I would not recommend using this business.

Oh my goodness this is a beautiful space, and the front-desk people are SO. SWEET. It really kicked off a positive experience to be greeted so kindly at the door. The space is big, has a nice atmosphere, not too loud (or too quiet) and has creative additions all over the place which makes the space feel alive. I've really gotta shout out to the staff though for making the experience so positive.

I love working at The Yard: Herald Square! The space is vibrant and open and makes me ready to come to work every morning. Also, the people are great! I've met a lot of people with varying skills and expertise that has allowed to me to grow my skill set and knowledge. The staff is the cherry on top! They are always willing to help and go above and beyond for the members. It's always a joy to work out of this space.

I love this space. I originally imagined being here for a few months. But I am so productive here, I decided to stay for longer. There is a low-stress, high-energy vibe that I really enjoy. I don't socialize much while at the Yard, but when I do, I have enjoyed the f9lks I have met. And the staff is excellent - responsive and professional.

My favorite Yard location is The Yard Herald Square because of the high ceilings! The space itself is beautiful- flooded with natural light. Great environment to get work done because there is a an environment for every type of worker. Have met a lot of wonderful people in the community and I always feel at home! The location is very convenient as well, close to a lot of trains and a block from Penn. Lots of great lunch options, too!
