There are transport links close by to all parts of the city, with entrances to Grand Central Terminal just outside the building and it is within walking distance of the famous shopping streets, Fifth Avenue and Madison Avenue. New York is one of the top three global finance centers, and Manhattan is home to Wall Street, the New York Stock Exchange and the NASDAQ. It is also the home of the United Nations and the second largest TV and film location in America.

Pairing efficient office setups with strong internet service & great external views seems to be the winning combination at the Regus 245 Park Avenue Center. The center staff are very helpful & professional as well as the amenities of the center (coffee, filtered water, copy/print/binding area, courier services) being extremely useful for working professionals. Not to mention being centrally located in Midtown Manhattan makes it easy to get to using public transportation as well as being a prime location to use for my business' main address. Also can't leave out the many different food options available within a few blocks (Various Food trucks Squarespace, Bobby Vans, Cafe Metro, Dos Toros, etc.) of the building!
