Coworking Space: Kin Spaces in New York City

My wife and I came here to work, we really liked it. The place is very comfortable and bright. My wife works very hard at the laptop and it’s important that no one interferes, because she needs to make nursing papers for sale to students. By this we chose this place, it is very quiet here.

So I recently started my modeling career. Applying for ton of adds and etc. Some of it legit, some not. Today one "lady" contacted me and invited for a casting right that day. "oh, well maybe they are in the rush, whatever" - I thought. I didn't have the right clothing for casting, so I let her know, she said it's fine. "kkk" it got fishy when she said I gotta call her, when I reach the address. why is that??? They don't have an office or secretary?! Alright, I still went, to see what's it about. I got there, she never introduced herself nor gave me a name of the agency. I walked in the nice office, but there was no front desk or anything like that. She brought me to one of the rooms, showed me some kinda website of the agency, that didn't contein of anything but photos of girls. And she got forward to the deal/scam. We will put your photos on our website and connect with clients for $100 one time fee, we don't charge % of work you do with clients it's all yours!! Oh, WOW, such a great deal and only $100!!! Sign me in rn!! Like really??? You would consistently connect me with clients without getting paid, applauds!! Whatta angel! Nope! No legitimate agent will ask you money upfront and denies taking a fee if you booked, otherwise it doesn't worth it to them nor they interested in getting work done. She kept rushing with an answer, if I gonna pay, plus they were shooting rn for future catalog. Duh, probably for more buzz and excitement for "Green" model. After I said :"no, thank you!" she looked dissatisfied and showed me the door, there was another girl waiting. After I left I Googled kin spaces, they are legit, BUT it's coworking space and anybody can rent a space there to work even scamers, unfortunately. Be careful ladies!! Your, Velvet cat on the sun

I was very impressed by Kin Spaces. We have a 4 person office at the Soho location. The staff there is very courteous and professional. Very impressive all around. I've visited and worked from similar places from coast to coast and Kin Spaces is the best I've seen.

24/7 access to my office is an absolute must for me! Have my own key card so I never have to worry about having to work around the usual business hours. Also there is a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, another plus to keep my productivity maximized. Friendly staff. Cool offices. Great location!

Recently went on a tour with Kin Spaces. From the moment I walked into the office I felt at home. The staff is warm, and accommodating. It is very important for my creative process to feel like I am truly in my element, and I felt exactly that from their with their simple, trendy atmosphere. Kin Spaces shines the coworking concept in a new, but even brighter light through their dedication in providing a genuine Family environment.

The space is everything you need in a coworking space - clean, comfortable, cool, quiet but also community oriented. The people here are easy to get along with and everyone is so friendly, nice, smart and creative. The people you meet in this office are true entrepreneurs and very inspiring.
