Overview of Common Practice Workshop

Join our relaxed office -- we are a groups of architects, designers, writers, film people, artists, non profits, and a historic preservationist (!) in a Chinatown full floor walkup with brick walls, high ceiling, and nice light from two sides overlooking the Bowery and Chrystie Street.

We have spots open for single desks as well as availability for small groups up to 6.

You'll have 24/7 access to the space with high ceilings and great natural light. We offer:

- high speed internet with great wifi and option for hard line
- (1) large private conference room
- (1) small private conference room
- (1) sofa meeting room / telephone room
- unlimited black and white printing with an honor-code maximum for color prints
- kitchenette with shared eating area

Each desk comes with an under-desk storage as well as a filing cabinet. Every group of two has shelving and space for pinning up. Additional storage is available.
