Great place great management but shady guy moved in

Awesome place and location. Quiet for the most part but someone in a close office has a dog that is barking all night. Will report to management soon so hopefully issue is taken care of soon. Wifi is great, has all the needed furnishings and great for one one one meetings or place to work when you need time away from home remote working. Bathrooms are always clean but again someone seems to be bathing in the sinks. Seems like someone has been living in that office with a dog as we've heard snoring and what what sounds to be yelling about the Las Vegas Metro Police being tyrants after he was arrested recently but that he left gun at his office. Hope its not this one.

It's as good a working environment as anywhere. Wifi is fast and amenities are great. (Ignore the crazy short guy in glasses who seems to be squatting on the third floor).

Best co-working space at an affordable price

Regus Rainbow has great facilities. With the co-working space you are able to get a dedicated workspace with all the amenities of a full time office. They have everything you need all in one place, it is truly a one stop shop. The terms are very flexible for whatever you may need. My favorite thing is the new coffee machine they just installed, I love to get my lattes and cappuccinos here and not have to leave to get my fix. The front staff are very friendly and professional to all who walk through their doors. Very happy with my decision to get a co-working space it's perfect for my new business and I'm able to upgrade once it really starts to take off!!

A Co-working space offers you 24/7 access to the office and benefits such as 2 hours free of a community room daily on a first come first serve basis. Free Wi-fi and a local phone number is included as well as furniture for your dedicated reserved office space. You can have reception answering and screening for a small charge monthly. You have access to a local printer in the center to make copies, scan documents and even set up printing right to the printer. This center offers you all the comforts of home, a microwave, ice machine, refrigerator and an awesome coffee machine that grinds the beans for your personal cup of coffee for pennies a day. You don't even have to leave the center to enjoy a great cup of coffee. Janitorial service and utilities are included as well. For a few dollars a day you can have your company name displayed in the reception area for all to see that enter the center. You get to share the office with other businesses which gives you a great opportunity to advertise your business for free. This truly is a one stop shop. A Coworking space is a great option for all start up businesses.
