Unfortunate Experience

I am disappointed to be in a position where I feel it’s necessary to leave a review. We signed up for a plan that included a virtual office with services such as call answering and forwarding, mail handling, etc. We joined in the middle of the month, but unfortunately, we never received access or a welcome package. Regus claimed they provided everything needed, but that was not the case. We spent several weeks going back and forth via multiple emails and phone calls, trying to resolve the issue. Suddenly, our plan was canceled, which was a relief since we were no longer being charged. However, we were never notified that the cancellation had occurred. When I followed up to request a refund, I was informed that since mail forwarding services are available for six months after cancellation, they do not feel we are entitled to any refund. While we had online access to the Regus account, none of the plan information was in our account. Any benefit we tried to use was not available. Subsequent phone calls were made to Regus where they assured they would get their IT to get it figured out. I never heard back. Upon checkin in the middle or so of June I found we no longer had an active account which is strange considering they had a month to month membership going and you had to cancel in the account or in I recommend exploring other coworking or virtual workspace providers.
