I have been with Regus since April 2021, I have to say so far it has been a pleasure being an employee of Regus/IWG. They have been very good to me so far. I enjoy the customer service aspect of my job and I look forward to coming to work everyday. We have had a few issues with this center that have been out of my hands, i.e. power outage, HVAC issues and wall ports are not working. My only concern is with the account help desk, they seem to be lacking in staying on top my client's account issues, my clients have complained that days or weeks have gone by without any updates or fixes. Other then that, Regus Royal Oak is a beautiful well functioning center, I will be sure that this center succeeds and grows.
