Coworking Space: Regus - Michigan, Bloomfield Hills - Bloomfield Hills in Bloomfield Hills

Hi everyone. Im writing this hoping you will not sign on with Regus Bloomfield Hills, MI due to Devan Olah's (Community Member Manager) unprofessional lack of concern; and overall Regus company deceptive practices. I have paid fees on time that were never updated in Regus account system. Literally! The payments are taken; yet when the system NEVER UPDATES your payment even though its proven from your checking accts REGUS BLAMES YOU AND ACTS AS IF THE PAYMENTS ARENT BEING MADE AND TAGS THE LATE FEE TO YOU; THE RIGHTFUL PAYOR AND ACCOUNT OWNER. Of course, being responsible, and seeing this happening I tried countless times with Devan Olah, and with numerous phone calls and email proof to Regus Corporate. They have admitted to the difficulty in the payment updates in email; YET STILL WONT COMPENSATE LATE FEES THAT OCCUR BECAUSE IT BOOSTS THEIR REVENUE. In other words they are using deceptive techniques at Regus to get more money! I have suffered with time, money, and energy because I am logical and Regus is running such a scam that its mind boggling. To this day I have been unheard in a truthful, honest way to have this taken care of by Devan Olah, Regus Corporate, or Countless agents in their billing department. Its true that other companies OFFERRING THIS SAME SERVICE are ethical; BUT REGUS IS NOT! December 10, 2021.

Great location, love the staff, coworking set up is great for business people needed to work on a budget.

Prime location on Woodward Avenue! The center has quiet and clam atmosphere, great for meeting clients and having a productive work day. The building has a small gym on the first floor, along with a self-service café that is run by the Bloomfield Deli.
