I have been a member for roughly 3 years and have been able to grow my business and my social group as a result of this awesome community. Everyone is welcoming, the coffee is hot, and the water is flavored. Great spots outside on picnic tables (wifi works perfectly outside) for fresh air and phone calls. I would highly recommend Cloudport to anyone looking for a coworking space in Portland, ME. It has treated me very well!

I've worked out of here for 4 months-- and I love this space. The private offices are great, and I can always work outside on the picnic tables on sunny days...such a perk. The coffee is always hot and by a local roastery, and there is a strong sense of friendship and community among members. Space itself is clean, well-appointed and bright, and my out-of-town colleagues have enjoyed working from here when they visit Portland. The community managers are accessible, responsive and engaged. We do monthly "member lunches" which are a great way to step away from our desks and bring the group together.

I have had occasion to attend several events sponsored by Cloudport including a local artisan craft fair, wellness fair, and a forum to brainstorm what defines a healthy work environment, just to mention a few. I am struck by the supportive community that exists among the members. There is great diversity in interests, skills, age, and gender. Members feel valued and encouraged in their endeavors. There are social events and volunteer opportunities that give members an opportunity to get to know eachother outside of the work day as well as give back to the larger Portland community. Enjoying good food seems to be a priority at Cloudport as evidenced by First Friday member lunches, and recently, homemade waffles in the am!
