Think Tank Biddeford not only provides a wonderful work space with all the amenities a business owner would want, but the fact the space is a beautifully renovated space within an old garment mill complex, comprised of over 1 million square feet. The old mill complex is home to hundreds of business, modern apartments, a gym and even a small cafe. With Maine winters being what they are, its very nice to not have to face the elements in the dead of winter. The management team is simply outstanding. They attempt to cater to individual requests to make the space even better for the members. I've been to other co-working spaces in the past and Think Tank Biddeford is simply one of the best.

An amazing space to work in and Marc and Patrick are wonderful!
Marc and Patrick run a great space here in this beautiful old mill that is in the process of being revitalized. Rates are very reasonable, the space is amazing, and you have all the amenities you need: kitchen, conference room, printers, and phone booths for private calls if you don't rent an office. And they are always looking for ways to improve the space and experience, including adding a few standing desks recently. Plus they hold get-togethers throughout the year to engage all of us with each other and the community. Really a wonderful spot to work.
