Coworking Space: Land O' Goshen Farm & Event Center in Goshen

Since 1916, Land O' Goshen Farm (30 min NE of Louisville) has been family owned and passed down generation to generation as primarily an agrarian farm. Now as a 4th generation owner/operator, I have rebuilt our largest barn and turned it into a classy Southern event center/corporate conference center with all of the charm and woodcraft that you can handle. Sitting in the back of the farm, surrounded with beautiful breath taking views, members will find the silence a rewarding feature quickly.
Furthermore, many different breeds of animals that are on the farm will provide a stimulating environment. After hacking away for a couple hours, members can take a break outside and feed a mini donkey or mini mule a carrot, which they love! Or take a walk to the horse barn and look at all the mini goats and baby mini goats in their massive stalls. There is also a beautiful mini horse in there named Lindsey that is a little over 2' tall & sweet as sugar. Rustic landscapes of rolling bean and corn fields makes the eyes wander up and around to the forest in the back when sitting on the back deck. It truly is a serene environment where the birds and animals make more noise than human beings. The perfect alternative workplace solution for motivated, creative minds to work and enjoy work.

5. Main hall is 4800 SQ. FT. and an excellent open workspace w ten giant slab tables. Each table is ten feet long by four feet wide and can seat 10-12 people.
6. One modestly sized room connected to the main hall could serve as conference room w a personal fridge, Bar, cigar humidor and leather lounge seats..
7. 1500 sq. Ft deck would be an excellent place to stretch or do yoga before/after/break in working.
8. HVAC service are NOT available in the main hall, but available in the four rooms.

In the back Of the farm there is a beautiful old logging road that overlooks a waterfall otw down to Harrods creek. Hiking down and back up would help boost morale and calorie burning activities making the company trimmer and happier. In the fields, on the trails, and around the event center are all great locations for company team building activities and corporate retreats.
