Located in Overland Park off of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Lamar, the office is in a perfectly central location in the Kansas City metro. There are private offices available and we are in the process of finishing an open coworking space for those who prefer to be in a more open office setting. All leases are flat rate with no additional ancillary costs. Utilities included and internet can be provided if wishing to hook up to the shared network. Amenities in the office are: a large conference room that seats up to 12-15 (more could fit if needed); a break room; open coworking area; a lounge area with couches is also being added; a patio if wanting to work outside when the weather permits; and the private offices have more space than other coworking spaces.
