Lovely space with for remote workers!
I'm part of a remote team who are spread around the world, so we live and die by good co-working spaces. While I have a WeWork membership through work, Indianapolis currently hasn't been absorbed by that corporate giant, so I needed to find a space for a week on short notice. Practically every other place in the city wanted me to buy a monthly membership, so I really appreciated the daily passes and self-service access tools like door unlocking, WiFi, lots of power outlets at tables, paper shredder, etc. It's in a highly accessible location as well, just a short drive away from I-65 and near downtown.
The space is airy and bright, has a private small space for calls/meetings with no extra charge, and a larger more "legitimate" conference room for more formal meetings if needed. On-site with a coffee shop below, gas station across the street, free parking available, etc. The area is in a bit of a food desert, so be prepared to drive a bit if you need a meal, but that's typical for Indianapolis unfortunately.
A unique co-working space with the city's best coffee underneath!
Not only does their co-working space offer some great open spaces, quiet private rooms if needed, and a conference room with all of the necessary tech, but the Neidhammer Coffee Co. is on the 1st floor, so you have your coffee fix just a few steps away! The decor and feel of the entire building is really unlike anything else in Indianapolis and has given this area of town a new lease of life. The space is generally open, but there are several smaller, private rooms available, and an incredible conference room that has everything you'll need tech-wise! I can't say enough about how much I love this place!
Great Place With Great People
I have been a member of Neidhammer CoWork since the beginning. It is a bright, comfortable, and quiet environment to work. The coffee shop on the first floor provides a good place to have appointments. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The free drip coffee for full-time members is among the best served in Indianapolis. I also appreciate that they invested in a quality laser printer instead of an inkjet.
The one thing that could make it better is having a parking lot that does not require crossing a busy street but they are working on resolving that issue. It would also be helpful to have a small storage space to keep paperwork on site. Those are minor issues compared to the benefits, though.
Great space with a library feel
I love this co-work space! It has a great conference room with a TV for presentations. The atmosphere has a library like feel but allows for great conversation without feeling like you're talking too loud. The tables are spacious and allow for work to be spread out and ample room to organize paperwork.
The location is great as well! It's very close to downtown Indianapolis which makes it convenient for holding meetings no matter what side of town you live on. There's also a great view of the skyline from the windows which is nice for those moments when you want to take a break.
I love this space!
