Coworking Space: Room to Grow in Chicago

As a modern open office with plenty of natural light, you can sit and work at any of our ergonomic socially distanced desks, rent our new private office space for 2-3 people, or our new semi-private office for 2.

Room to Grow is professionally managed by fellow entrepreneurs, but we don’t have any “add-ons” to sell you or membership programs to promote. Because sometimes, you need some breathing room to get your work done.

Our amenities include high-speed super fast internet, printer, 'first-come' phone booth, coffee, tea, filtered water, snacks and full kitchen facilities. A virtual business address and discounted event space rental is available to our dedicated desk members.

Close to the Brown line Irving Park CTA and on the #80 bus route. Local street parking (no permits) is also available making us an accessible, well-located co-working space.

Due to COVID-19 guidelines we have socially distanced desks, enhanced cleaning, sanitizer wipes for every desk, and masks if required. We have reconfigured our space to ensure 6ft social distancing can be maintained even for getting a drink. We are a small co-working space with members who work together to provide a safe and secure environment. Your safety is our top priority.
