Coworking Space: Cowork Annex in Pensacola

My business has soared since I became a member of Cowork Annex. I'm more focused and productive, which makes me even more motivated. I've also been able to bounce ideas off other members, which has been helpful. I look forward to coming every day and have enjoyed getting to know the other members. The location is appealing and the interior is modern and spacious. In the morning, the sun pours in through the windows on Palafox – a nice way to start the day. Cowork also schedules plenty of events to network and grow as a person and professional. I highly recommend it!

I love this place! It enhances my entrepreneur productivity and the energy is always electric! I recommend anyone serious about freelancing to try it out. I have been a member for over 4 months and it has increased my business 10 fold. There are so many members in the space who are brilliant and can help me grow personally and professionally. My clients are always impressed with the space. I can’t soeak enough to the atmosphere and how needed it has been for the Pensacola area. The fact that it’s location is on the main strip of downtown Pensacola is a huge bonus.

Cowork Annex is a beautiful space with awesome bandwidth and a great working environment. It’s in the heart of all that is going on in downtown Pensacola surrounded by shops, unique dining and entertainment. The events (pop up galleries, meet ups, educational, and workouts) are well attended and the topics are relevant and timely Karen and Ramsey, the community managers, make the space come alive. Their hospitality, friendliness and thoughtfulness set the culture. And their playlists are second to none. They are great facilitators of connections and have served as a resource for startups and those looking to plug in to the broader entrepreneurial and business ecosystem. .

I own my own business and operate from my home office. However, after a while, I needed to get out of the house a few days a week. Then, a friend told me about this new coworking space that opened in downtown Pensacola called the CoWork Annex. So, I payed them a visit and was hooked after the first day. Now, I feel like I have a second family and home to go to. Not only do you get to use the space, but I love the mediation room, mixers, workshops, and random dance moments to clear my head. And the icing on the cake is the Community Manager, Karen McClouth. She is amazing and is truly "here to serve" the guests and visitors of the Cowork Annex. If you're in the Pensacola area and you're an entrepreneur, remote employee, or freelancer, you'll fit right in at the Cowork Annex.

I joined CoWork @nnex at the start about a year and a half ago. What started as a fresh idea in a, we'll say cozy, temporary space has grown into a modern, progressive environment that I am proud to run my business out of. From day one I have felt like part of a community, not just a member who signed up for a desk, some wi-fi and a water fountain. We collaborate. We share. We laugh. We advise. We listen. It's been the best business decision I have made and I recommend CoWork @nnex to anyone who will listen.

I joined this coworking spot thinking I would go 2-3 days a week. The cost is very reasonable and I have found myself very productive there. I typically go there for most of every day when I am in town. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful if any issue/need/want ever arises. The coworkers are very friendly and also very respectful of giving people space to get their work done. The location in downtown Pensacola is very nice. This is an old building that has recently been completely renovated and they have done a very nice job. Large windows bring in a lot of natural light to the space during the day.
