Featuring a theatre-style meeting room that accommodates up to 75 people and a 35-person training room, this spacious, relatively new center also boasts a dramatic two-story lobby with granite floors. And it's located just minutes from downtown Orlando. Tourism is, of course, a vital part of the city's economy. Yet, although world renowned for its theme parks such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Sea World, Orlando also has a wide range of innovative industries including digital media, film, agricultural technology, golf, retail, aviation and aerospace. It also has a thriving convention industry and is home to the Orange County Convention Center which is the second largest complex in terms of space in the US. Lockheed-Martin has a large missile systems manufacturing facility and many other engineering firms have offices or labs in Orlando. The city is also commutable for the Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station and Kennedy Space Center.

Stay away

If I could give ZERO stars I would! Please stay away from these money-hungry people, they will rob you blind, make up unnecessary fees, and will overcharge any way they can and try to justify it. Carmen Jusino is a nasty woman and she needs to be removed as community manager, she does nothing to try to help PAYING CUSTOMERS, she would rather charge me a $30 fee and lose a paying customer of 4 years than help waive the fee. Sadly, they would rather rob loyal customers than eat a petty $30 made-up charge that did not cost them a dime! I started with Regus in 2020 and every time you look up they're increasing the fees just because they can. Take your business elsewhere these people will never appreciate you and your money, if they can get over on you they will. The fee was not automatic the fee was added by the nasty manager Carmen then she recommended I ask the help desk to waive it KNOWING she added the fee and she informed TJune T from the help desk NOT TO WAIVE THE unnecessary fee! Because she did not like me or what I had to say about their service and unnecessary fees. But I'm about to make sure EVERYBODY knows about their lies and scamming tactics!! Do not do business here.

Great Atmosphere!!!!

I really like the Center location close to the 414 & I-4, the atmosphere of the center is great the staff is very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean and ready to go for me to start working with no issues. The building also has a cafe which is great to grab a quick bite and back to work.

The Pembrook Commons center is just one of the many great locations that Regus has all over Orlando, Florida. As soon as you walk in you will enter into a modern and professional workspace! I believe the huge success of this company is based on being able to provide to each of its customers a flexible workspace, well trained staff, affordable prices, 24/7 access for in-office clients among other perks. It is just a great place for any company to focus on growing their business!
