Coworking Space: Regus - Florida, Orlando - Orlando University in Orlando

I was absolutely disappointed with the services rendered by Regus, and with the manager of this specific facility. They will start assigning extra invoices and fees out of nowhere, they will be impossible to reach to figure out what they're for. Heck, after I initially signed up, I never received any sort of information about how to utilize my services. It wasn't until I started calling every phone number and leaving voicemails on any and all extensions I could find as well as going to social media that I heard back from anyone at all. Even then -- I was so disappointed that I wanted to terminate my contract. Instead, they sent me some email saying "we are unfortunately unable to terminate the agreement here at the center. Once agreed to the terms, you are liable for the remainder of the agreement." It doesn't matter how much they failed you. It doesn't matter how disappointed you are. It doesn't matter to them that you have absolutely no faith in their ability to render services after seeing how they operate as a company. It doesn't matter that within 10 days of a two year contract I was already looking to sever ties and move onto another provide. They do NOT care about the customer. They simply want your money.

What a great place to work! This location is very modern, colorful and bright. Great location, right near UCF and 417! There is a good community here, making it an excellent place to network. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Will definitely use it again!

This Regus location is a beauty. There are so many work options to choose from whether you own a small business, or apart of a larger corporation. You won't regret working from this location. Super friendly staff, beautiful location, and near to many different restaurants. You even have access to use the lounge area in any of the 3500+ locations all over the world. How cool is that?! I never have to worry about not having a place to work when I am traveling. All I have to do is use the Regus app and it'll show me the closest Regus location and I can stop right in, get some work done and continue with my day. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to sign up.
