It is another incredible space stamped with the logo of "Industrious" coworking spaces, which are littering the whole country with their amazing coworking premises. Once you become a member of one space, you can actually invade any of their spaces.

Its bright interior with panoramic views over the Lincoln Plaza has a bubbling community of freelancers, entrepreneurs, startups and dynamic businesses to mingle and play with. You will have seriously fast Internet to plug into and no-one will be counting how many paper copies you print out, apart from the hissing of the trees outside. There is an on-site fitness center to pump your muscles at, your dry cleaning can be taken care of and for those who like to pedal a bike to work, there is secure bike storage for your favorite 2-wheeler. As a coworking member you will be able to impress clients with the gorgeous conference rooms, take your private telephone conversations in one of the phone booths and there is a mother's room for those who may need it.

Coworking members can sit and work in the open shared area or take command of a private office. Offices are available to accommodate from 1 to 6 buzzing brains and larger offices can be arranged if you need to find a home for a big team of players.
The on-site cafe dishes up yummy breakfasts, if you forgot to have something to eat before leaving home in the morning, as well as offering wine tastings, happy hours and plenty of caffeine options to keep a smile on your face.

Our employer found this brand new, co-working space - w/offices in a range of different sizes & prices - to fit anyone's needs - and since the very first contact with Kristen, it has been an awesome experience!! It is on the 10th Floor of Lincoln Plaza - soon to be renamed 300 South Orange Ave. We have since moved in and the experience has only gotten better each day. The staff is great, from Kristen & Natalie - all the way down to the temp gal, Casi! If anything comes up or you have questions, they are handled in record time. The space is modern and fun. You pick your space which has the desk & chairs included - then you decorate it as you like. It is open and bright, great view of City Hall, the Dr.Phillips Center & Orange Ave. Daily, at 8:30-ish & 2:00 pm they put out a spread of food, which always has options that would appeal to anyone...pastries & bagels, coffee, sparkling water, some soda options, fresh fruit varieties, vegetables & dip, pomegranate juice, fruit infused water, fun energy snacks in the afternoons, caesar salad, grilled chicken wraps, etc...even avocado toast with tomato and feta, one day!!! Utilities, wifi & ethernet, mail & package services, unlimited printing & copying, concierge service, conference room hours, complimentary event space, onsite fitness room & fun regular member events & perks including Happy Hour networking - all included. INDUSTRIOUS is neat!!!! Come check it out!
